Is it water resistant can it handle the rain can it also be waterproof

Is there supposed to be a battery holder inside this flash light? Otherwise, I can not figure out how to  install the 4 AAA batteries.

I've got a number of flashlights all over for emergencies, this is my favorite of them all. Superbright, illuminates everything in its path, high/low settings, ultra-rugged and very light. This is guaranteed to be your go to flashlight. I just bought a second one for the car.

Unbelievable!

Really like how bright this is and how far out the beam spreads while still staying bright.  Lightweight and not overly large.  Compared to a MagLite brand we also bought we liked this one a lot better so we bought another one as well as an Ozark 200 lumen

Very bright flashlight

Only had it a few days mostly got it to go outside in the dart. It has a very bright light plus a flashing light so its a good flashlight to have when away from home if there is a emergency

Dont leave home without it

This is a solid, very bright little flashlight. It's got three modes, very bright, normal flashlight bright, then a flash mode good for signaling or warning. 

It's got a sliding front that focuses the beam either wide or about 2 feet around at 15' through wide about 12' around at 8'. The bright core of the 2' focused beam has light around it too. 

The on/off switch is solid and sure. The unit feels like it will last for a very long time.

Solid and bright little flashlight

Great Light Brighter than I thought it would be . I do not understand the reviews about insides shredding they are very durable and you get a 90 day return if it ain't ? I decided to put this light to a test threw it off my roof , chucked it in the air and let it hit the concrete and final test gave it to my toddler . still works only on day six tho that toddler might just destroy this yet . It's not a tactical light but works like one (sort of ) great for a emergency bag , junk drawer , night stand or vehicle light honestly , I'm grabbing three more in four months unless I can find a better deal .

Can't Be Negative On This Product

good price , good flashlight but I dont like the multiple light settings specially every time I need to turn it on, the blinking

good flashlight but

I have 2 other OzarkTrail LED lights that I like well. Not this one. It's bright, lightweight. But, every third click of the on/off switch sends it into a pulsing strobe light, not to mention the switch wears out much quicker and the light is then useless. Better engineering would add a separate switch for the rare occasion you need a strobe light. I'll look at another brand for my next one.

Bright light, bad engineering

The 'on-off' switch is in the butt of the light, makes it difficult to turn on / off.
Stupid design.
The 'focus' feature is poor.
If you set the light down on it's side someplace, it rolls away.
The brightness of this light can/will cause permanant eye damage
if it should hit someones eyes.
All in all poorly designed and dangerous product.

New is not always better as i  this case.

I really needed this item.  It did not work at all.  I even put in different batteries and still did not work.  It is very hard to screw back in.  Not user friendly.

Horrible quality.the battery compartment inside shreds after a couple months of light use and renders it worthless.  This happened on both flashlights that I got.
