Ozark Trail 300-Lumen Lantern

I bought these lanterns as a backup for when power goes off during storms. It's much safer than candle light! I haven't had them long enough to rate their durability, but being leds; it is most likely quite long. They provide very good lighting and the battery life is supposed to be quite long. (I rated durability as excellent, but haven't had them long enough to know for sure. However, their construction appears to be a quality product.)

I bought this lantern to have on hand for emergency lighting in case of either Winter ice storms or Summer power outages due to fallen trees. The unit is nice looking & gives plenty of light. Since it uses only 4 common D cells, it is not expensive to replace the batteries. The variable control means you won't have to keep it brighter than needed and lengthens battery life. I'm satisfied and would recommend the lantern to anyone. The initial price is nice too.
