I have been using this blender for preparing smoothies and I am very satisfied with its performance. It chops everything, including hard ingredients like raw beets. It is very easy to take apart for cleaning and fits in a small counter top space. It looks durable but I have not used it long enough to rate it. The glass jar is definitely a plus for me because it can be kept clean and odor free.

I love this blender. I use it everyday for my drink. I use 4 ice cubes and it crushes them in 2 pulses. It is so fast and so sharp. I had a Kitchenaid for years. All my appliances are Kitchenaid, but this is better than that, and I payed A LOT more for my old blender. Rethinking expensive brand names now.
