I have 2 of these waffle makers. The first one I purchased 7 years ago and the 2nd I just repurchased 2 years ago. To be fair, I did not need to replace my first one. I just caught a sale and bought another as back up. I use these waffle makers on average 8 times a month from the time of purchase. It is still LIKE NEW. I do not use any spray or grease. Sometimes the waffles might get stuck on the outer rim but you can usually carefully peel up a corner with a fork and then it pops right out. 
Each waffle is made with exactly 2/3 cup of batter. Measure your batter for full waffles! If using a belgian waffle recipe. Scoop your 2/3 cup batter in and let it self level to the edges of the waffle maker for 20-30 seconds before closing and starting your timer. This will give you full waffles with no holes and no dense middle! 
Lastly clean while still warm with a damp cloth to remove any crumbs and to keep your nonstick surface perfect. 

Thats it! I've used these waffle makers over 400 times now I'd rate it a 10 out of 10!

It is so easy to use, just turn the dial to start heating. It heats up super fast. Pour in the batter and close the lid, it only takes minutes for your waffle to cook. It cooks them quickly and evenly every time! 
The surface is  non toxic, diamond infused and non stick. The waffles just pop right out, nothing sticks at all, which makes it super easy to clean. 
I just wipe it out with a mildly soapy rag and then wipe out with just a wet rag. You don't want to submerge the waffle maker. 
I'm extremely happy with this DiamondForce waffle maker, it's a real breakfast game changer. I can't wait to try some interesting new recipes!

Quick and Easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves to make waffles at hotels when we go on vacation. They were so excited to put this to use at home! It was trail and error at first trying to get the right setting for the toasted level and how much batter to use. The kids were able to make their own, clear up was a breeze but we haven't been able to get down how to get the waffles out of the maker. We made over 10 waffles and NONE of them stuck! I wish my pots and pans where like that!

I bought this to replace an older traditional waffle maker I had. the price was much lower than I expected but WOW is it a great product! Very compact unit which makes it easy to store and yet each waffle that comes out of this is a full 'meal in itself' in size.  I've had it over a year now and waffles still slip out of it as easy as they did on day #1!

This product has long lasting non stick diamondforce coating. I really love how easy to clean, scratch resistant, and PFOA Free. Also it has upper housing handle, temperature control knob, red power light, green ready light, and non-stick cooking grids. I love how easy it is to use and it makes the lightest fluffiest waffles ever. So if you love waffles like I do and love even more that they come out as whole waffles and not a scrambled disater like with other brands definitely buy one today. You'll love it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The non-stick part worked really well. But the knob to make it cook more or less was fine but not great. I found that the waffle cooker just cooked more in the center and the edges were really doughy. It was really uneven. I tried a couple of different batters and I had hoped it was rise more but I think it would help if the waffle iron was deeper. So it was fine, it was edible. It does clean easily! 
My mom has an old oster belgium waffle maker and it has a broken handle and it makes the best, I mean the best waffles and I wish I could fine one just like it.

This product was used. When plugged in, it stunk like old oil.

Terrible

Purchased recently. First use this morning. After multiple attempts, this is how they came out. Note. Waffle is cut in half and 1/2 flipped to show the difference. Is there anyway to adjust the temps?

Terribly uneven cooking

Purchased this last night with the anticipation of making great waffles this morning. After 25 years with my old waffle maker it was time to upgrade. Let's talk product quality.  I'm not a fan of the dial on top of the waffle maker. It's bulky and after using it, pretty useless. The top part of the waffle maker is loose as was the display. When heated there is not a part of the maker that isn't very hot. Definitely not one you would want the kids or grandkids helping with. The lid does not close completely thus producing unevenly cooked waffles. Hubby likes his waffles crispy so I cranked the temp dial (had to use a towel to touch it to turn it) up to high. We didn't notice a difference In how it was cooked. It was still an unevenly cooked, light piece of “bread”.  I never throw away a box but today I did. I was so confident that it would be a good waffle maker that I permanently discarded the box. Big mistake. The waffle maker is so bad that I will not be using it again and will cry over my wasted $30.  I could only find one positive and that was that the nonstick surface was easy to remove the subpar waffle. I put the item back on the shelf 3 times hesitating on the purchase because I had concerns about the one on display. Take my advice…..leave it on the shelf or out of your online cart.
