Yes. But I switched to taking them at night after supper and right before bed. Any side effects I may have now i sleep through.

Yes, this multivitamin brand is terribly nauseating immediately after ingestion with food. It took me a while to figure out what was making me feel so sick every morning after breakfast. Once I pinpointed the culprit (LOL), I promptly returned this product and will never again purchase this brand. I have gladly gone back to taking Women’s One-a-Day.

Good Supplement

this was a perfect solution to take a multivitamin that also has iron in it. i can not do the gummies they taste like metal this was truly a one a day solution for me

Easy to take and gave me lots of energy

I buy these multivitamins all the time. I always had to "breathe out" before swallowing these pills. Now, they made them smaller to where I can just swallow without the breathing technique I had going with the other ones. I'm so glad they made them much smaller!😁

These have changed in the last 2 months. They taste and smell absolutely terrible. They even look different with small black spots whereas before they were an overall lighter tan color. It's almost like they didn't putting coating on it. There are no markings on the bottle saying they have changed anything but these are for sure either different or a bad batch.

I loved these as a cheap way to get my iron intake. however, the new formula tastes bad, dissolves quickly, and is very difficult to swallow- and I regularly take large pills! Would not recommend.

I have been using these vitamins for the past 10 year’s and they seemed to be helping me stay healthy but it seems like they changed something in the formula. I purchased a bottle on April 11, 2023 %26 it’s been giving me stomach pain, excessive gas and diarrhea! It never used to be so. These side effects started with the new colored pills! The original yellow tannish ones were good!
