I'd recomend this to anyone who has issues eating healthy due to a deployment or bad eating habbits. Gives you everything you might need vitiman wise -> all you need is this pill, healthy food/snacks. and a place to work out! 02/15/2010

I tried it with food, without food etc but the stomach irritation would not go away. Also I had hard time swallowing it as it was a big tablet. I searched for another brand and found this one with very good review. So I bought this and have been taking it for more than one month now and no problem at all. (I take it after a meal). My favorite part is the size of the tablet, not too big and easy to swallow. 02/15/2010

I used to have soft brittle nails and my hair was thinning but not any more. And also I have a lot more energy. The price is affordable and the quantitly will last you 200 days!!!!
