Yes, this OmniMount TV mount is compatible with your 32" Sanyo. It supports TVs up to 37" & 40 lbs.

the product comes with several parts to adapt to many tv's.
I used it for my 32" Vizio which has holes 4" apart for mounting. It also has a second set of holes further apart. Then it has 4 expantion brackets that can be added for more sizes.

No, I ordered a separate shelf that attaches to the wall just under the TV. It also rotates and I got it from Walmart too.

Very well designed and built product. 3 sets of TV mount screws are furnished but my TV required a longer mounting screw but that was the TV manufacturer's error.

When I bought my TV, the salesman tried to sell an extremely expensive mount to me. I thought the price seemed ridiculous so I started looking around. This wall mount is excellent. Its holding my 32 inch tv 4 inches from the ceiling. I can move the tv any direction I want. The wall mount is sturdy. Im very happy with this product, and the price is excellent too.

Took a few minutes to locate a stud in the wall, drill hole and tighten two bolts, very solid, tv bracket hangs on it with a screw to lock it in place.

This mount had everything that I was looking for in a mount for my 32 inch flat screen. The only reason that I didn't rate it as excellent is that the anchor screw for sideways adjustment of the set is really too small for a 32 inch set. The set tends to rotate vertically when the articulating arm is adjusted.
