WAIST OF MY MONEY

For me, I am using this tablet as a reader.  And, as a reader it works great.  However, if you wish to access the internet and perform other functions, it is a bit slow and limited.

the bad is it is very very  Slow. It  works like a tablet that's been over worked for 6 months but you know it hasn`t, because it`s brand new...the Good is with Netflix it is very good there`s never any freezing or buffering. This tablet is a nice size and has good graphics...  However it's INSANLEY SLOW!!!!!  It takes forever for it load apps, or games. There is a huge delay in time between when you tell it do something and when it actually performs the task.   I ended up returning this tablet and purchasing a different brand

this unit would hang up when going into settings nothing would work after 10 min. by hitting power button on and off it would respond

Did not even turn on after being charged overnight.

When I received this product it was NOT in working condition.  Turned it on and it wouldn't do anything but swith from the intel inside screen, to blank and back and forth forever. I called customer support on the pamphlet that was included in the box. After having me restore to factory settings twice with still no way to set it up I was advised to send it back to the company with a return slip they would send me. Turns out the return slip was emailed, which was a hassle in itself to get the right slip to put on the package. I have finally sent the entire package back with a slip inside stating what my issue with the product was ( which seems absurd after being on the phone with tech support 3 seperate times with my name, number, address and model color) it will ship out in about 12 hours from my local fed ex drop box, assuming fed ex actually comes to my area tomorrow! I was told it will be a 2-3 week turn around time for this item, IF they are able to fix it!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!
