Great Grill!

Review after 4 years of use:  really has done us well.  All components aged well and even when the teens got a little aggressive and caught the lamb on fire (a couple of time), it handled it like a champ.  Haven't used the infrared option much although it seems to work well.  The electronic ignition is a delight and just plan to replace the battery yearly.  Had one episode 3 years in where “someone” tried to replace the battery but didn't get the top on correctly and 3 storms later it ceased to work.  Called the company and had a replacement part for free in a week… only issue… never had a problem with it firing right up to all burners on command. Definitely get a cover for it or like all things metal will tarnish…. Excellent bang for the buck. Certainly can spend more, get a yacht and a personal butler, but why?  Good, solid, dependable product that will take some abuse….

Everything about this grill makes my outside cooking experience better!  How quickly it heats and maintains the temperature… The fact that had a rotisserie feature as part of the purchase… I have never had such great success with grilling until I bought this grill.  I like the lighted front panel But would like it to also have a hood light that could be pivoted out when you close the grill and pivoted in when you open it.

Best grill I have ever used!

I replaced my old beat up nexgrill that I have owned for 10 years so I went with what I know a quality well built and excellent to cook with grill. This is an upgrade from my old nexgrill and I love it so far.

Love this Grill

I bought this 3 weeks ago. The grill is great. I had parts missing and damaged. Eduardo in customer service was great. Everything is complicated and I am enjoying it.

Great customer service

Upon delivery several days late, there are several pieces of the bent and damaged. Some of damages are not visible after assembly. However, the example pictures below show the grills hood handle has a dent and the show piece hood has a dent. The shipping box looked damaged from excessive handling with a few holes in the bottom. All the connecting bits weren't in the bow either.

I'd appreciate a 10% rebate for the damaged hood.
