Great for snacking and for recipes
My husband loves to eat Ritz Crackers with cheese and also with peanut butter as a snack. I love using Ritz in my recipes that call for cracker topping. I make a vegetable casserole that requires a stack or crushed Ritz for the top and also a parmesan baked salmon that uses crushed Ritz for the topping. It really is a multi-purpose cracker and I use them a lot during my holiday cooking. My grandmother used to make a coconut pie using Ritz as the crust...it was yummy. Just the right amount of sweet and salty.
