On 4/20/24 i ordered my son birthday bike and unfortunately it never got to me my order on my phone says delivered but to whom!! but thank you 1-800 Walmart for giving me a refund so I could go buy another bike . I bought two as gifts for my nephews, they are very nice looking bikes; but the inner tube stem on one of them was messed up. Hoping it's just a fluke and not something that will continue in the future.

purchase this bike for my son also added assembly for around 50 bucks bike came in a box was told come bacc tomorrow i came bacc 3 days later bike was in a box ok no big deal but wheres my 50 buccs fun fact im paralyzed. out of everything he got for Christmas the bike made his Christmas.

I really liked the bike, but the brakes were very hard to put together for a grandmother

Mongoose is a good quality of bike. It suits my 10-year-old growing child. The directions were so terrible and very hard to follow. A YouTube video was much more helpful. I did not realize that it would arrive via delivery on assembled. I assembled myself and then had to take to the store to get the brakes set up so basically could've just bought in store myself instead of paying for delivery.

Quality is good. Instructions were terrible.
