You definitely could in several ways. You can go to a hardware store and get those little bracket things that would screw into the back, the ones with the zig-zag patterns--the type of things that are on the back of french memo boards, most stuff that you hang on the wall. I'd get two and put them on both sides of the back to make sure it'll be stable once you hang it.

You could also use l-brackets--I'd think this would be the best option if you want stability and aesthetics, because you can get black l-brackets.

Or, if you don't want to do either of those, you could drill right through the wood in the back of the shelf and screw it into the wall.

I did, with a few alterations. I used wood glue to assemble every joint and in every screw hole. I also added 2 1.4
braces the the inside back; at the top and bottom edge; again using glue and screws into the "real wood" not the back piece which is thin stuff. Painted the 1x4s black. This cube is made of hollow lumber, which makes it lighter weight than most. Mounted with 4 screws; 2 of which went into studs and the others in anchors. It holds the cable box, cleaning supplies and a plant in our clubhouse work out room.

You could, but you would need 4 wall mount screws. I don't know if what you are holding will maintain the structural integrity of the cube. My guess anything less than 10lbs would be safe.

Go the hardware store for brackets to hang on the wall.

Can I mount this product to a wall to use as a shelf?

No, it is a thin piece of particle board, about 1/8 inch thick, that slides down in a slotted grove cut in the cube sides.

Very thin wood, just strong enough to square it up. I applied a thin bead of clear caulk along the inside and a thicker bead along the backside perimeter of the back piece, and let it dry overnight to insure stability. I also used wood glue on each screw and along each joint. Solid as a rock.

How many wooden frames do you have in this piece?

Jackie - this open cube doesn't have the divider for the shelf, that is the Modular Shelf Cube.

Purchased using site to store, fast & easy, received sooner than promised. Pick up was fast & easy. Assembly was done without even using directions. It is holding a 13" TV and DVD/VHS combo without any problem.

Plenty Sturdy Small TV Stand

After reading the existing reviews I decided to purchase this item. I liked its versatility. You can change the configuration as needed. I did use wood glue to glue the pieces together during construction. This added stability. I also painted the backs since they were unfinished. If I had any criticism the manufacturers could have laminated the the backs so the cubes could be used as room dividers. However painting the backs helped.
Overall I was pleased and would purchase more!

Look good in my apartment.

Easy to assemble, the only solid cube I could find that's 15". Fits all itso product plastic bens. Great investment for my portable workstation. Will be investing in the other cube options. Walmart customer service was easy. No issues.

The perfect 15" cube

I bought this to mount on wall as a floating shelf for the cable box for a wall mounted T.V. I glued everything during assembly and reinforced the inside with 2 1x4s. It's simple appearnce works great in the workout room of our clubhouse. Could easily be embellished for a more finished look.

I bought these for my teenage son as he is trying to organize his room. They actually look nicer in person than in the picture. I told him if he took really good care of them he could use these in his college dorm or first apt-whichever comes first. I would recommend them. I have the white ones I bought for a lot more money online at a different store and they have held up thru 3 moves and countless "re-organizing" my home office/craft room.

I bought these to lift up my bookshelf speakers and it worked out fine for me. Assembling is quick and the build quality is good.

Good Product

I bought 2 , one with a door, and one without, then put them on wheeled platforms . I'm using them together as a coffee table. They look good and have storage space. The screw holes are not well or carefully drilled. Some screws were very difficult to screw in and some are loose. But I like the look, they don't take up as much space as a traditional coffee table, they seem to be quite sturdy, and with wheels they're easy to move.

Quality on these are really lacking. I placed a big order and about 40% arrived damaged to some extent. Either through shipping or initial production. Many had laminate already peeling away.
