Packaging wasn't great. One of the wheel support was broken probably in transit as the broken piece was found in the package.

Elastic Strap broke the first time using.

Everything good except the strap.

Plastic corner piece of the label by the handle is cracked.

Damaged

It was only carrying 2 boxes of water of 42 pounds, it is supposed to be able to carry 150 but it broke with only 84 pounds.

Not recommended

I bought this item three different times. each time the wheel assembly or Wheels have broken with less than 80 lbs of load on it. so the load of 150 lbs is false. This is not is associated with Milwaukee tools. some other company manufactures this item, using the name Milwaukee.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Handle snapped off on second use carrying 2.5 cases of wine, nowhere near weight limit. Avoid, and a refund to buy a functioning one would help

Woefully Poor Construction

Very disappointed in the product!

Plastic broke (right where the logo is) on the first use with well under the listed weight limit. I used it for my first art table at a convention and it was carrying a 10lb wooden trunk with right 25 pounds worth of small canvases and a plastic 4 drawer office supply holder with pens and empty bags for small jewelry pieces. Totals to a little over half the stated weight limit and it was all strapped down and very secure. Though it did fine (except it always wants to folds itself back up and you can't use your foot to fold it down so I was constantly bending down to unfold it again) with the trip until I saw it cracked somehow. Thankfully none of my handmade items were damaged and we never lost the load. Just disappointed in the quality for the price (especially when Walmart substituted this one for a cheaper one I had selected!)

Low quality plastic - not worth the price

As I was using this cart to carry several boxes across nyc, the hardware broke in one of the wheels and became impossible to use. I was stranded downtown with some hard to move items. Very disappointed and ruined my day.

Horrible quality

Bought this because of the Milwaukee name, what a mistake, it pretty much malfuctioned a few weeks after I got it, first the wheels wouldn't lock into place unless you pushed the wheels out, and after further investigating, I saw that the reason why the wheels wouldn't lock, the metal was ripping the plastic where it was supposed to lock the wheels. Also the wheels don't even straighten out.  So a month after I bought the cart, I contacted the Company via Email with all the Pics.  As of this review, I still haven't heard back from the company,  Pics are below
