This was also easy to purchase the Digital Code version through Walmart.com. Email delivery came right away, with a link to Microsoft to start the subscription.

I had a great experience purchasing the Office 365 from Walmart. As soon as I purchased it I was able to download it on to my computer without having to wait for the CD to arrive in the mail. So far sounds like a reasonable approach for multiple users.
Working well so far, but ever since I installed it there appear to be a lot of updates.
I did put it on my oldest PC first. That may have something to do with it.
I like the revised formats for most of the apps.

Product works as expected. My lack of satisfaction is that the code wasn't immediately sent. The code was sent 6+ hours later. Had I known ahead of time it wasn't instant or within an hour, I would have went to the local store an purchased off the shelf. The rep that through chat told me I needed to expect delays because I made my purchase during Black Friday weekend (placed order that Sunday) really was not helpful. It's a digital download - it should be instant:

Disliked. I was not able to use the support key.. Walmart used a third party Software company in LA that sent me the support key. It was invalid and each time I tried to insert the support key a message would say ThisStores.webpagenotfound. After3 days of trying to contact software company and Walmart I was livid. Walmart did give me refund and monies for my time. .I will go to Staples from now on and actually by the card instead of having support key emailed.

I thought you could share this with family and friends so I bought the 6. But when I downloaded, it won't let you use but one account. Why would we need the same account for 6 different computers? Very confused and upset that I spent the extra money.

I've purchased many things through walmart with positive results, however this was a mess.  The key code that i received through email was not a good code.  Spent hours attempting to do this myself, then contacted Microsoft they said that the key code was not valid.  I had to repurchase the $100 keycode through microsoft an spent hrs again to resolve.  Walmart did not refund my money online orders non-refundable
