I have several eye pencils….fat ones, skinny ones, gel etc.  This sharpener has two sharpeners of different size and works for them all. A must have to keep non-retractable eye pencils doing the best job for your eyes. A small price to pay for looking good.

Maybelline Expert Tool Sharpener

I've used this brand sharpener for 20 years and I can say it is the best. The blade stays sharp, sharpens everything perfectly without tearing up the pencil. I think if you have a very soft pencil it might be good to put it in the freezer a little bit before you sharpen it. I have tried other brands, some tear up the pencils, some work good at first, then loose sharpness. This is the best and lasts forever. I only replace if I loose it, or to have an extra to keep in different bags.

Perfect size for my make up bag, and it has two covers, both on top and bottoms to catch the eyeliner pencil shavings

quality not what is depicted-the photo shows blades that say made in germany.  but when I got the sharpener-the blades to not say made in germany...and they are dull
