I would not recommend this product. The first time I used the black band it broke! Waste of money!

i have to warn you when and if you buy this, if you dont like the strong smell of rubber when u open the box put the rubber parts and watever smells like a strong smell of rubber someplace where it can air out, it can stink up a room pretty fast. it said there was a door hook, i saw none, it said there was dvds included i found none, so not sure if they were to come with what i bought or not, at any rate, they work out fine, but like i said before if you have a sensitive nose or know or love someone that does, let these air out for a day or 2 before you use them, good for everything but does only one ab workout, if worse comes to worse go on youtube and learn how to use them that way if the picture book isnt all that helpful, im still looking at it and i may have to do that myself. espically if youre a beginner and whatnot and u need a little more help other than pictures, and moving pictures helps a little more. good luck to you, im hoping this will get the rest of the fat off that ive lost so far (ive lost 31 lbs by doing pilates, and i wonder if this will help too :) i used to be 211! :o ) anyways, good luck to you, hope you are as successful as im trying to be. oh and read all of the directions extremely carefully IE: allergies to latex, safety stuff, etc. you get it, if not pls read, its always best to be safe, not sorry. :) and dont forget: knowledge is power-best wishes and good luck xoxo <3 :)
