My daughter loves this matching game she likes describing what each person's face featured could be feeling and why. It definitely helps her use her memory and build her vocabulary by using descriptive words to describe the game pieces.

I got the magnetic faces for my 4 year old daughter because she loves magnets! I immediately noticed how thick the magnets are, which is great for a 4 year old who's a little hard on stuff, and I love how everything that can packed away in the packaging it came in so I don't have to figure out how to store it all! My daughter loves to play with it and make all different kinds of faces and will sit at the table for hours playing with it! Such an amazing product and everyone needs to buy it!

Great for discussing emotions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This magnet set is high-quality; durable, colorful, and easy for little fingers to manipulate. There are so many possibilities for expressions and creativity. It is nearly perfect. There are two things I'd like to see for this product: First, enough pieces for each face to be complete all at once (three face templates but only two sets of eyes...). Second, since the set seems to aim for diversity, including an even darker skin tone and perhaps a few different eye colors would allow children to really be able to see themselves represented.

My daughter is almost three years old and this is something she plays with daily. She absolutely loves it!

We love making faces that coincided with the emotions and telling a story about it! The compact size also makes it perfect for on the go fun!

On the go fun!

I got this for my one year old even though she is still a little young for it. She loves playing with magnets on the fridge and she has loved playing with this! The round face itself is also magnetic so I can stick it on the fridge while I'm making dinner and she can put the features on. I think we will get a lot of use out of this toy, especially as she gets a little older. It's much more unique than all the other toys we have for her. Great toy!

We just received this in the mail, yesterday and this was our after bathtime relaxing activity... and we had so much fun. My 4 year old loves matching games and this one was unique with the faces. Which he loved and identifying the different emotions on the faces. We probably spent more time thinking up stories to match the faces, than actually playing the game! Highly recommend, love the art style, the circle design and even the packaging.

Easy fun!

Got this item my daughter loved it, however I noticed that she had issues trying to fit the pieces of the face on the 3 larger shapes. I do wish either the 3 larger parts can be bigger. Just because the parts of the faces is small and if any smaller can be a choking Hazzard

Okay but some minor issues

My 28 month daughter doesn't show much interests in outing magnet facial expression on the board. She prefer sticking it on her face and watch herself through mirror.

Good quality but needs improvement on design

My daughter (almost 3) loves, loves, LOVES her "faces." The only reason this product isn't getting 5 stars from me is that it is already showing damage after only a few weeks of play. Specifically, the colored bits are wrinkling and peeling away from the magnetic backings (see photo for example). A toy made for toddlers needs to be more durable than that (and my daughter is probably gentler than most her age)! All told, I would still buy this product given her consistent interest in playing with it.

Wonderful concept, disappointing durability

I was really excited about this set, however, the 2nd day I was playing with it with my little one it started to fall apart and the mouth and glasses pieces had creases in them. It was played with very gently and it lasted less than 48 hours. This is my first Manhattan Toy purchase, and I'm very unhappy with the quality of this toy.
