The candles are fine. We love them. They have a great vanilla aroma, and they burn clean. It was Walmart packing and shipping that was the problem. I ordered 10 candles. I received 9, 3 of which the candles' glass jars were shattered into a million pieces. First, the box was too heavy for the way they packed it. The candles were only wrapped in a thin paper wrap. No bubble wrap. No cardboard sectionals to divide and protect them. Nothing more than the paper wrap to protect 10 heavy candles from each other, and nothing to fill the space between each candle inside the box. You would think a company with Walmart's experience would do a much better job with something as heavy and fragile as this. Customer Service was good, though, when I called. They reimbursed me for the missing candle and the 3 shattered ones. I wanted to reorder the 4 candles, but of course, they were out of stock. But the fact remains that I wanted and ordered 10 candles and ended up with 6. The candles get a score of 10. Walmart gets a score of 5.5.

The Candles are Great! Walmart Shipping Failed!

I bought this candle a few weeks back. I have lit it almost every day for at least 6hrs each day. The candle burns great hardly any wax left on the sides.

Worth it

My go to candle for every season. Not a strong scent but just enough. Burns better, cleaner %26 as long as Yankee candles, which I purchase once a year at the holidays on sale. The Walmart brand candles are not quite as fragrant as Yankee, but for the price, equal burn time and clean burn…. Mainstay is the way to go. I love ambiance of candles and burn them daily.

I got the Sweet Sugared Lemon candle, this smells so good, I have it in my den. I only gave 3 stars because of broken glass when it arrived. I had to get all the glass from around the candle then find something to set the candle in so I could use it. You can see I have it set in a candy dish. It is inexcusable for candles to come broken in pieces, it looks like people in shipping would put glass candles in a box not wrapped in brown paper, that's how they get broken. And if items are glass, there needs to be a label on the box stating breakable items. And drivers could be more careful with packages instead throwing boxes around in the truck. Customers buying products from you Walmart, work too hard to have items come broken or the wrong item sent. Unsatisfactory!

Nice Scent

This candle came wrapped in paper inside a zipped plastic bag inside a box with crushed paper and the candle jar was cracked and there were sticker residue all over it and it was a gift for my mother and took forever to arrive. Then arrives broken and messed- this was packaged broken and covered in partial stickers and residue  and sent to me. There also is no place on the app to report or discuss receiving broken or ruined items.

Candles would get 5 stars, but the delivery gets 0.  I ordered 6 of the Sweet Sugared Lemon candles along with 2 bathrugs, a PJ set and some Lysol toilet bowl cleaner for delivery.  My delivery promptly arrived the day after I placed my order, which was great.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to pack these items in a plastic bag with no cushioning for the candles or wrapping for the Lysol. 

Upon picking up the bag from my front door all I could hear was the distinct sound of broken glass. I immediately took the bag to my garage as I didn't want to risk having broken glass inside my house.  When I opened the bag, I saw the candle jars were broken and the Lysol had leaked. There was glass and blue Lysol on the bathrugs and PJs. 

After cleaning up the mess, I chatted with a Walmart agent and explained what I received. The agent refunded me for the 4  broken candles and Lsyol, but asked that I return the stained rugs ans PJs to the store making this ordeal even more of a hassle. 

Overall, this was a disappointing experience.  I proceeded to have the remaining 2 candles canceled from my order since I didn't want to risk more broken candles at my door.  Guess I'll stick to buying them in store or ordering from a different retailer who understands how glass items sbould be packaged.

Loved the candles, hated the broken glass

Received this package which is a candle in a thin brown packing paper. See picture below. That is what it was wrapped in. Clearly that was not going to protect the candle from breaking during transit to the delivery address. The candle I received was as broken due to lack of packaging correctly. Other than that all else was fine. It should just be common sense to package a candle with proper packaging and care.

love the scents, hate the delivery. Walmart has lost sooo much of my business over the last few years. i rely heavily on delivery. they care nothing about quality service anymore. not even a small effort to secure them. glass was coming out of the box. had to open and clean up on the front porch. cut myself on glass. it's just not worth it.

After waiting for my package to arrive. The box was damaged and then when I opened it the jar candle that I ordered didn't even have a lid like it was supposed to. Call for a replacement, got switched around and then put on hold. Not worth all the hassle of having to go back to the store couldn't return it because I didn't have a box..

Will not ship again from walmart.com

Arrived cracked and glass shattered on top … poor packaging and it had some wrap in it just not enough.  Honestly the scent is so lol almost doesn't smell too but that's an after thought because I can't use it
