So I bought a new house and I had two griddles well lol somehow I kept the plug for one and kept the griddle for the other. Which I use to make steak subs and pancakes. Well wouldn't you know the time come I was ready to use it that I couldn't because I had two different items that didn't go together. So I ordered this one and got it within 2 hours with Express and I was making steak subs in a few hours. It did an excellent job searing my meat and grilling my buttery bread. Work great to make crispy cheese too if you like that. My picture is the aftermath but should give you an idea of size.

Beat $20 I spent at Walmart! Bought this since February and delivery was great!
I just broke it out for breakfast today, I love the ease of cooking all of my food at once as opposed to using 2-3 pans to get them all ready same time- I cooked pancakes one end and bacon on the other, the drip tray collected all excess oil and food and I could regulate the temperature to my liking

It's easy to assemble, literally “plug and play”, it's dishwasher safe but also easy to clean- I cleaned mine while warm with a semi wet/soapy dishcloth.

The only snag I had was getting the drip tray out initially, it was stuck - I had to do a couple pull and rugs to get it out without breaking it, but once out, it was all good - so be careful getting the drip tray out on the first try.

Perfect grilling

For an electric griddle under $20, it's pretty good. The whole griddle and handles are 1 big piece, it doesn't come apart. Very lightweight. The drain hole is decent sized so even bits of burger crumbs fell through. And the surface area is plenty big, I was able to cook 8 burgers at a time for a party I was hosting, which was the whole reason I bought it. 

There are a few issues that cost it a star. The heat distribution is very spotty. Some spots got really hot while others stayed relatively cool. Just needed to rotate the burgers so they'd brown evenly. The drip pan is on the small side. Not super small, but smaller than expected. And heat was inconsistent throughout. You can hear the food start sizzling loudly, then die down, then get loud again as the heating element turned on and off. All of that is manageable for such a cheap product. I'll gladly deal with it for the price.

Great for the price

I know this is a good brand but I'm upset at the damage! Glad I did purchase the 2-year warranty! I literally just retrieved this from my door at 2:25 Eastern Standard time

Box destroyed!

No damage to box, visually the box looked ok. Unit was delivered by Walmart  , no complaints on delivery. Upon unpacking, I found the handle on the non-control side was broken. Must have been broken in transit as all the pieces were in the plastic bag "envelope" the unit was packed in. The cardboard packaging inside the outer box was intact. I started a return, but as transportation is an issue, I  decided to keep it, as it DOES work as a griddle. I would NOT recommend buying this UNLESS you go to the store and fully inspect the unit before purchasing.

Plastic end of griddle broken off and was delivered on time but only  in original box and left on porch

I am very much disappointed that my items were not placed in privacy boxes; they were left in the open. The packaging offered no privacy it was minimal and lacking. The nosey neighbors were able to view our items as they walked by. This is very upsetting . I want my money back. I am ticked off!!! Where is the digression? Where is the professionalism?
