Purchased a week and a half ago, shipping was super fast...within 2 days was here! I actually ordered the 5 pc patio table and chairs plus 2 sets of the matching 3 pc bistro sets! I couldn't be more pleased! Went together very easily with the exception of one chair, but was remedied with a little bit of gentle force...took maybe an hour for hubby to set up all 3 sets! So 8 chairs and 3 tables!! There were scratches on the legs but nothing so noticable to merit a return! The cushions are very thick and comfy they also easily click on, and click in all corners of the cushions. I want to add that our family is a bit on the bigger side and the seats are plenty wide and feel exceptionally secure. Tables are sturdy and you can actually kick your feet up on the under supports of the table. I absolutely love the colors and the accent fabric! You get a lot for the price!!! This line could easily fit into any decor! So we're very happy! I will update near summers end and again next season...note: we do put our patio furniture away in the garage from mid October until May so this may play a factor in the sets longevity...we shall see!!

The chairs took a little longer to assemble than the table, but it was easy, not difficult. The gray color of the cushions are really nice. The glass table top has a beautiful design on it which makes this dinning set so elegant. I also found that Walmart has the best prices when it comes to patio sets. I bought two of these because I needed the extra seating for when my family comes over.

Beautiful table set

Some reviews mention difficulty in assembling the chairs and although it is a little time consuming, all of the parts aligned perfectly and it was an easy process.  I recommend leaving the bolts loose as suggested (very loose) while assembling to ensure easy assembly.

No scratches or imperfections

Excellent Product For The Price

We previously purchased a bigger patio set from Walmart as well, which we loved. However, we decided we didn't need seating for 6, so opted for a smaller set. I researched all over the internet, and Wal-Mart.com is seriously the best place to purchase patio furniture for those who want to spend less than $400. We got our order in less than a week; both boxes (table and chairs). Putting the table together was a breeze....chairs were a bit more challenging (holes didn't always line up), but once together, we are SO impressed with this little set. It looks so much more expensive than it was. The chairs are very comfortable, and the gray fabric is beautiful. Added bonus, the cushions have a little clip which keeps them on the chair, so don't have to worry about them blowing away. Very happy with our purchase.

Looks much more expensive!

I purchased this patio set on April 18 or 19. I received the chairs within 2 days. The table just came today April 24th. This set was the absolute best price I could find on a Grey colored patio set. If you can use an allen wrench you can put these together. The table is put together with 4 phillips head screws and four allen head bolts. The table takes less than 10 minutes to assemble. The Chairs take a little longer but still simple.
I have a roof over my back patio so maybe I will get a few years out of this set.
Im 6 ft 4 in and the chairs are suprisingly comfortable to me.
I seen questions wanting to know if it has an umbrella hole. It does have an umbrella hole.
I did receive my table with several scratches to the paint on the top of the table. I dont feel ike dealing with a return process so Ill just live with it.

Nice patio set

I received this patio set as a gift. Initially I was extremely pleased with the quality and looks. It was easy to assemble and the table and chairs looked more expensive than they were.

HOWEVER, while I would originally give this set 4 - 5 stars, after only one year the thin fabric seat bottom has torn on three out of the four chairs. (each failed while someone was sitting on them)

Customer service is basically non existent. Each time I have called (trying to see if one can get a replacement cloth seat base) I immediately get a recording to leave a message but, so far, no call backs.

I love the look and feel of this set but, due to the poor quality of the base, I would not recommend this. I am disassembling the chairs and trying to install traditional webbing for the base: this should not have to be done.

Seat Base is poor quality and will tear

What an absolute nightmare to assemble! After the first chair, I was ready to throw them all back in the box and send it back.  I started out following their directions only to find out that if you do it their way NONE of the screw holes line up.  We had to figure out how to make all the holes line up, and it was completely different than what their directions said to do. Out of one of the hardware packets, 2 bolts snapped in half before we could even tighten them.  MANY of the bolt holes were drilled crooked so getting the bolts in was extremely difficult.  We had to use our own tools because the ones that came with it are complete garbage.  After we finally got it all together, I was very happy with the way it looked, it's very pretty BUT I'm very  skeptical of how well it's going to hold up since one of the chairs has 2 broken bolts and the rest of the chairs are held together with the same cheap bolts.  Overall, it's pretty but assembly is awful and quality is questionable.

Assembly Nightmare!

When the set arrived one of the seat cushions had what appeared to be a 2 inch tear at the seam and one of the chair legs did not fit properly on the the chair.  I contacted customer service and was provided with replacements parts with no question asked. The replacement parts arrived 10 days later and I was able to complete the assembly without further issues.  Upon inspecting the inside of the seat cushion I discovered that the cover was not torn but rather the seam had not been sewn together. All of the  cushions seams were badly sewn.

Defective Parts

Be careful. While the furniture looks nice. I caution any future consumers about its integrity.  Yesterday, while enjoying some beautiful sunshine outside, I was sitting in this chair. All of the sudden, the fabric completely ripped away from the chair causing me to fall through. To put things in perspective, I only weigh 130lbs. During my fall, I hit my head on the frame and my armpit was caught on the arm of the chair.
