[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fairly solid plastic tray, it was more sturdy than I was expecting.  Our weather is still warming up here so I haven't needed to use the ice feature yet but it looks like it'll work fine with ice in the bottom and still not be flimsy.  The only thing I wish was that it had a removable dish for the middle dip part so make clean up easier, but it works just fine as is.

Durability remains to be seen, but so far so good

I like the idea of a tray for ice as it keeps the content fresh and tasty. It's great to take on during picnics and for parties. I like the style of the tray as well as the color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted one of these trays. Its a beautiful blue plastic with a lid that makes traveling or storing food in fridge easy. The tray that u put food in easily separates from the bottom to add ice. It's so perfect to keep food items chilled during a gathering. Especially things like dips and seafood. The possibilities are endless. The size is good too, there's a middle section for dips and such and two large areas around it that are separate.

It is 3 pieces and the ice hokds well under the food and comes with a lid that is easy on and easy off for accessible food during parties. It stores easily when not in use. I used this for shrimp cocktail but want to get another one to serve chips and salsa and also crudite with ranch dip!

Great for Parties

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is a beautiful shade of blue, especially when the light hits it. I like the multi level storage capabilities, with the ability to keep chilled items cold up top with an ice tray below. I'm currently using it to store some very big heirloom tomatoes, but I can imagine so many possibilities for fruit and cream cheese dip with graham crackers or veggies with ranch dip, or even a chilled charcuterie tray, or pasta salad, with a lid to store any possible leftovers. Craft or sewing supplies would also work well in this set. The lid is not airtight, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The set is dishwasher safe but only on the top rack, which is a little inconvenient due to its size but it's workable and better than handwashing it. Overall, I think this is a great set that's beautiful and functional with a gorgeous blue dish you won't mind having on the table, but also practical with deep compartments, an ice tray, and a lid for leftovers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of the party tray. It's great for entertaining. The lid is a nice added feature. The tray has a bottom bowl which holds ice to keep your food cold. Perfect for a fruit and dip tray or potato salad. It has two large sections for the main ingredient and a third for dip or sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a neat idea - keep your food cool while it sits out on the buffet table. And if you're outside, the lid keeps the bugs out. It was easy enough to wash; it's a little unwieldly in the sink, of course, but I didn't have to scrub hard or anything. It's a good size - you have plenty of room for your fresh fruits and veggies! My only gripe is that you have to be ok with foods touching other foods - there are only two big compartments plus the small one in the middle, so you don't have one spot for your pineapple, another for your strawberries, another for your apples, etc. I used it one night when we had tamales for dinner and had sour cream in the middle, queso fresco pushed off to the side of one compartment, jalapenos on the other side, and scallions and cucumber sharing the other compartment. It worked ok, but it was awkward. This isn't good for things that should stay separate.

I do think it kept the food cooler than it would have otherwise been, which was nice; it wasn't perfect, but I could set it out on the table with no worries while getting other things ready. This will also be nice when the weather is hotter and we're picnicking or something, though, with no insulation, the ice will melt a lot faster. Kind of wish the bowl part that holds the ice were insulated. The plastic it's made from is also definitely on the cheaper side, so take care that it doesn't crack. It's no cooler, but I have no problems with this and think it will serve us well for meals outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am fairly happy with the Mainstays Acrylic Appetizer on ice serving tray with lid.  I love that it's clear because it matches with any décor or colors.  I love that it's dishwasher safe, although since it says top rack only, it does take me 2 or 3 separate loads to wash all the pieces of it.  It's a really generous size at approximately 13.4 inches in diameter and 3.65 inches in height.  I'm a little disappointed in the durability because I'm not sure this will hold up over time with many uses. It feels very flimsy – almost like I would expect something disposable to feel like, not like something I'd want to use over and over again and would hope for it to last a long time.  However, I do love the ice tray in the bottom because I'm always wanting to keep veggies and dip, or cheese and crackers cold, etc. during parties so this is perfect for that.  I don't know if it's just because of my house temperature, but it does sweat when using it, so I've noticed there's always a small puddle under the container when I clean up.  I will continue using mine for as long as it holds up! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable way to keep cold food items chilled!
