Nice looking budget lamp. Didnt expect much but its sturdy, looks modern and it works. The base has some weight to it so it isnt wobbly. One downside for me was the silver color is more grayish and also it didnt come with a bulb. For under 10 bucks you really cant ho wrong. Serves its purpose well. I got a $10 rgb bulb with a remote from amazon to go with it and it looks awesome. Got free same day delivery on this through doordash since I'm a Walmart plus member. Walmart never ceases to impress me.

Worth it

I needed additional floors lamps for our new work from home space, which has little natural light. I didn't want to spend a lot and I also didn't have a ton of space for lamps. I have other lamps like this from another retailer so they match perfectly and the price was even better. Very easy to put together, just screw all the pieces together, insert your bulb and plug in. the base has the weight so they won't fall over but it is still a pretty light weight lamp, easy to maneuver and move around.  I put smart bulbs in them from C by GE so I do not use the switch to turn off and on, so I cannot speak to how sturdy the switch is. Great floor lamp especially for the price. Shipping was great too, ordered on a Friday or Saturday and arrived Monday.

great lamps for a great price

Recently I ordered 4 of these with my curbside order because the price was perfect! I've had a lamp like this before so I quickly chose it. Unfortunately after getting home and unboxing the first lamp was great, the second the screw points just wouldn't line up and the last two both had broken domes that go up top, there were very cracked and broken. I had to haul them all back but was quickly given my credit for them and got more. Before leaving they allowed me to open the boxes to ensure I did not end up back at the store all over again. Great customer service and return! Still highly recommend just ask to check the box first so your not disappointed like I was at first. We just bought a home so I was upset but quickly resolved with the service I received at our local Walmart!

Great lamp for a great price!

This item was easy to assemble and works great. Keep in mind it is brown with a glossed finish and base, not to be confused as bronze. The shade is not white, which is a plus because it would make the lamp look a little off in my opinion. I use it in my livingroom for ambiance.

Simple and Affordable

It's an $8 lamp so don't expect any miracles. With that being said, it's a pretty good lamp for the price .  Just make sure you put it somewhere that it can't be knocked over because if it falls it will probably break .  It's really thin and the base is an OK weight.  It's a three-way lamp and the lampshade is a frosted  beige color and made out of plastic.  It gives off pretty good light.  It could be a little shorter though. I think it's about six or 7 inches too tall.  If you're  on a budget and looking for something that looks nice  but is not too expensive then this lamp is for you .

OK for an $8 lamp

i ordered three lamps for the price I didn't expect much. what are the lamps was broken where I could not attach the lamp shade to the Post I was disappointed so I wasn't able to attach the lamp post and I had to discard it.

Lamp was broken

The pole won't screw tightly into the base making it wobbly.
One section wouldn't screw in correctly then wouldn't unscrew (I tried numerous times). Because I needed a lamp right away I wrapped %26 taped the defective section. 
Have it delicately balanced to appear upright but any nearby movement makes it tipsy again. 
Suggest people try each section separately before committing to putting it all together. Even if I want to return it (and I do), there's no way the messed up section will come apart to go back in the box.

Wobbly. Disappointed.

I bought this gold lamp even though the reviews said the color was off. I was planning to spray paint it a better gold color but I'm glad I didn't because after only 5 days this lamp no longer works. Every once in a while it will turn on but it turns off by itself within 10 seconds. I know it was cheap but what is the point of selling something so cheap that it doesn't even work ☹️

Stopped working in less than a week

All of the contents were a mess! The tape and cardboard were all beat up. it's got scratches on it, and the bottom of the lamp looks like it's rotted. It's definitely been used before or just not taken care of. Im definitely disappointed and kinda scared to even plug it in

Looks horrible!

The bottom of the base was cracked and broken on one side. As the rest of the lamp was in working order I went ahead and put it together. The shade is flimsy but it works ok. The on off switch is way at the top, and hard to reach. I wouldn't buy it again and I'm not fond of it it's way to tall.
