Rated 5 out of 5 by Oracat Warm and comfy... I'm a shoe size 6 1/2 and I got the "small" size slipper. My big toe comes to the very end when my full weight is on it, which is fine for me. The Velcro is about 3" by 3", which gives a secure closer. Over-all, the slipper is nice and warm for winter months. I find that it feels like a better fit if I secure the Velcro flaps when I'm standing with full weight on the slippers. I can also slip the slippers on when they're already enclosed by giving a little tug on the back and slipping my heal in. I don't have any shoe inserts, but I think these would accommodate them fine. 12/19/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by pickychoiceperson These slippers are sized large. Buy a size smaller for a betteer fit. They are nice looking and even tho they are too large, they are easy to get on. I bought these slipper because I have diabetes and needed a slipper that would adjust if swelling occurs. 09/24/2012
