The Libbey Capone Martini Glass Entertaining Set with Shaker, 4- 6.5 ounce Martini Glasses, 1- 16 ounce Metal Shaker, 5-piece is a beautiful glass set. Must have item!! I bought this set for my mother and she absolutely loves it. It is great for practicing your cocktail skills and being able to present your unique conceptions to your guests in a sophisticated vintage - style presentation. The martini glasses are super elegant and classy but not bulky or clunky and go well with any kitchen/dining/home style and design. The stem is very intricate and much more interesting than average glasses. My mom loves the items because there is a retro glamorous feel and great for the beginner or advanced bartender. The curves and bevels are very beautiful and the set is super convenient since it comes with a metal shaker, creating a complete entertaining set. Everything is also very durable glassware (will not break in gentle clinks, splashes, spills) and dishwasher safe. The In this set there is a 16 ounce silver shaker, and 4 of the 6.5 ounce martini glass. This is the perfect gift for friends and relatives. I highly recommend this for yourself of a Christmas or holiday present (see if there are any deals during Black friday or Cyber monday week!!). I am writing this review as a part of a contest.

My favorite Martini Glass and Metal Shaker Set!!!

This set of 4 martini glasses is great! They have a solid base, great stem, and good capacity. The glass feels solid, not clunky, and you don't have to worry about them breaking if you look at them funny. 

There's plenty of room for a double cocktail in the glass.

The included shaker makes it a perfect gift.

These glasses are great! What a fun gift

The Libbey Capone Martini Glass and Shaker set is so adorable! I love the retro style design of the martini glasses -- it's like something out of a speakeasy and makes me feel so glamorous holding them. The cocktail shaker is also easy to use -- I just dump in all my ingredients and shake! Definitely elevates my at-home bartending/entertaining, or just makes my relaxing night in alone or with the girls feel extra luxurious. I am writing this review as part of a contest.

Glamorous Retro-Style Martini Glass and Shaker Set

The shaker (made in India) was unusable because the top arrived so tightly affixed to the mixing tumbler that it was impossible to remove without completely destroying the shaker.  It was as though it had been welded on...it absolutely would not budge, and I tried numerous cunning plans to remove it.  All failed, so I ended up buying a different shaker elsewhere.  Otherwise, the glassware (country of origin was unclear) seems "fair", although not up to the Libbey quality I was hoping for.  There were pitting marks on the stems and some of the flat edges had not been smoothed and were still feeling a little sharp, although thankfully not sharp enough to cut skin.  
Is there no American manufacturer of cocktail shakers that Libbey could partner with for this set?
The good part is that the packaging was excellent and none of the glassware arrived broken.
Otherwise, this was a real disappointment for me and I'm confident that Al Capone would have been quite disappointed as well.
