Couldn't get by without it This is most definitely one of my best buys! Other then using it for breastfeeding my son prefers to sleep in this pillow and the added strap is excellent for keeping him positioned right so he wont slide down and hurt his neck (or somewhat block his airway as I have noticed the time I didn't use it but that wont happen until he has been in it for awhile). GREAT price but even if it did cost more it is very worth it. 12/29/2010
