If it say "manual" in describing intake change then yes. I bought the 19.99 one in store and surprise! If it says "electronic" for switching then you're good to go.

My living area stays warm as the days get hotter. This fan works as an exhaust fan and is saving me lots of money.

Great Value

Bought this fan to help existing my window fans in a hot storage bldg. It helps pull out hot air. Did not want to spend a lot of money and this was the least inexpensive that I could find. Just right for my price!!

Great twin fan

These fans are excellent product for window/ partition mounting ventilation. The price is also affordable.
It would be nice if these fans have a reverse rotation capability to use as exhaust or supply air fans

Practical application

I wish I had gone with the reversible fan with the thermostat, but I was trying to save money. If you just leave the fan on all the time - they are great, but sometimes I like to reverse the fans, which isn't too hard. All in all, it was a great buy.

Good Fan

I returned these to my store the following day, my first impression as I pulled them from the box was disappointment. I had a cheap feeling for what I paid for them (I even got them on sale), and the blades were smaller than I thought. The description on the site claimed the direction could be changed from intake to exhaust with the switch of a button, but you actually have to take it out of the window and switch it around. One good feature I did see that was not listed was that it comes with feet to attach to the bottom for use out of the window on a table. I am rating it based on my first impression as I did not put it in my window and try it, for an extra $7 I exchanged them for a different brand with more features.

Not What I Expected For The Money

You get what you pay for ... low cost plastic fan ... that fits small windows (20 inch wide window).
I use it to vent outward in my washer/dryer room ... fans blows only in one direction.

Wished it had a thumb switch on the electrical cord ... but it works for what I want it to do.

It is a low cost window fan that does the job

The fan works well and is quiet. The material that the side extensions is made of is extremely cheap. You could crack/tear the plastic if you held onto the the sides when removing or installing it into a window. The only reason we kept the fan is because the stores were out of everything else otherwise we would not have purchased it because the sides will not last long at all. The list price was the high $40's-we paid $32 and it is not worth the money.

Flimsy

I was disappointed in this fan it was made of cheap plastic, I thought it was going to be reversible with the switch but it was manual. Not worth the money. I returned it after looking at it.

I am very surprised at the cheap quality of this fan. I have other Lasko fans and they are great. This was just for a small utility room and on high it still doesn't help much. I don't recommend this fan for cooling a room more than 80 sqft .
