This is NOT a storage ottoman. It folds up into a square with a cover and is comfortable to sit on when folded up, but there is no storage.

No it's not. However, it has a small pocket with zipper underneath that can be use to safe small (not heavy) objects such as remote control batteries.

Are you sure that this is a STORAGE Ottoman?? Model 5777 in other stores say that it's an ottoman WITHOUT storage. Please clarify as I am interested.

Just now received the ottoman,....no storage as mentioned??(rated low in features)--maybe a rebate should be considered??--just hollow underneath--the stapled pieces of fabric were pulled out-no big deal-just re-stapled them--All you have to do in flip it over and screw the 4 black casters on the bottom--easy--waiting now for the sofa/bed to arrive to see how this thing really fits together and the exact bed size since I've heard conflicting responses as to whether it is a queen or true full size. True to color in the photo-maybe a teensie bit more on the tan side...so far, so good--

LAKELAND STORAGE OTTOMAN-TAN

They must have changed the description of this ottoman as of lately. No storage, but it was exactly what I was looking for, an ottoman that wasn't 500.00 - it's long and made well. Let's just say this, I am positive it can withstand my two kids! Color is nice, it will hide dirt/stains. I love it!

Great ottoman

This ottoman is huge. Plus really soft. I wanted something almost the length of our couch and this was it. I'm so happy with it. I covered it though, not because its ugly but I have dogs and their running around would probably scratch the fabric. Which is like a faux suede. Its perfect.

The ottoman itself it very nice, light weight and easy to move around. The only problem that I had was with the packaging. Evidentally when it was leaving the warehouse, it was ripped on the bottom and without telling anyone a patch was tried to cover up the rip. It was packaged and sent to Walmart for me to pick up. I got it home and was admiring it until I turned it over. Walmart did give me $20 back for the damage even though it will cost more to have it fixed.

This is a great ottoman.

Listed as a storage ottoman. I got it for my daughter for Christmas and when she opened it on Christmas morning I was very disappointed that it was not a storage ottoman. It is a very nice piece, beautiful top on the ottoman and very sturdy. She opted to keep it anyway, but I spent hours looking for just the right piece that she wanted for her new house only to discover it wasn't as advertised. If you are looking for just an ottoman this is ideal.

Would really like to know why this is called a storage ottoman when there is no storage in the thing.... unless you count the little zipper puch on the bottom its a nice looking ottoman but if you were looking for extra storage not what you were looking for
