Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner, it can be sharpened with our L'Oréal Dual Sharpener. This pencil does not swivel.
Turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. The Dual Sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results.

This easy applying intense liquid pencil eyeliner is my favorite for a very long time now. Applies so easy.
It leaves a beautiful finish.
Stays on all day.
There's nothing i dont luke about it.

Great eyeliner

My only problem with this good eyeliner is it only comes in the color black.  I wanted to try this new way to apply eyeliner, but knew I look better in brown/black or plain brown and I was right, black does not suit me.  But at least I know if L'Oreal ever makes this in a brown shade, I'll be the first to purchase it.

Very Good Eyeliner if you can wear Black

This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. Goes on so easy and looks great. Stays on!! It is a little hard to sharpen because it's soft but can be done. I will absolutely buy it again!

They ain't lying when they say this is an intense color. It's everything it says it does n more. I love love love this gel liner pencil. I did have a lil bit of issues with it staying on my whole lower waterline . I have attached a photo of what I am talking about. but my eyes water a lot n it was super hot in my apt that day so I was also sweating so bad that some sweat was pooling into my eyes I believe lol. But I think that will happen pretty much no matter what with me lol but this liner definitely stays on longer with intense darker richer color then some other leading store brands that say the same thing n don't  for about the same price or more So basically yeah i 100 percent recommend n praise the quality it has

I read others' negative comments and disagree. I have tried many eyeliners up to $30 each and keep coming back to this one. I have blue eyes, so I blend this liner with brown and it really sets off my eyes.

love this eyeliner

this is my favorite eyeliner ever. i've been using it at least 3 years now. the pigment is beautiful and stays on very well, but you might have to add a couple more coats than usual eyeliner. it's hard to sharpen it to a point but you definitely get your money's worth. i wear makeup daily and my last one lasted me almost 6 months. the only reason this gets 4 stars is because you have to be careful and very precise, and sometimes can smudge too easily.

The only thing I liked about the eyeliner was that it went on smooth, but it would smear when I started to sweat, I looked liked I was beat up. And the amount of eyeliner you receive is very small, I was out in like 2 weeks and usually any other eyeliner will last me a month or longer.

Do not buy

I bought this product buy one get one half off with my regular eyeliner and I was so excited to maybe find one that could compete with my regular, only to be highly disappointed!!!!! EVERY time I touch the product, the end breaks and I have to Re-sharpen it, only WASTING more (of what really was good product!) And I actually, after reading some reviews, went out and SPECIFICALLY bought the dual Loreal sharpener, thinking maybe my generic one was the problem!? Geez I'm sooooo crazy! So now I'm out 2 products I'LL NEVER USE and definitely never invest in again! 
Now I'll stick with what's the best for me: LOREAL PERFECT PENCIL!

It looks like a twist up but it is but it is not you have to physically shapen it. Plus the eye liner constantly gets onto my contacts and create a hazy film which I can't get off even with hydrogen peroxide cleaner and have to end up throwing them away. Plus the eyeliner bleeds easily. I look like a racoon 2 he's after I put it on.
