Baker's varied chocolate products has been has been used in recipes by me since childhood. Absolute first choice for chocolate in recipes; even using other brands seems to not be as rich flavor as Baker's is.

Dark chocolate is much much healthier for us than any other.  So, I save some calories and get some health benefits, by chomping on Baker's dark semi-sweet chocolate squares.  Keep in the fridge, so that they are nice and fresh!

I cant afford the french Valhrhona and Belgian Callebaut baking chocolate anymore but I can afford this.  Been trying the recipes on the box and inside the box. Also dip my homemade cookies in this chocolate.

It's changed! Not the same product we grew up with. First off it used to be packaged two square to a paper wrapping, 8 sets in a box. Now the entire bar is wrapped in one big lower grade paper wrapping. When I unwrapped it, you can see the cocoa darkness has become lighter, so less cocoa in the product! The chocolate also used to be more dry, now it seems to have more fat in it, once again, less chocolate flavor. Has this company been purchased by Hershey or Nestle? As they downgrade everything they buy. Disappointment in this traditional chocolate of my grand parents.

I ordered unsweetened chocolate and was sent semi sweet chocolate…it's not the same and won't work for my recipe.

Wrong item

I have used this product for my holiday baking for over 40 years and was fooled and angered by your new packaging. I bought the same size box as always only to discover (in the midst of my toffee recipe!) that it contains HALF as much chocolate as before. That meant I did not have enough for the batch of candy. Your description of the change is totally misleading. And there was nothing on the outside of the box to indicate the change. I will never buy Bakers again.

 paxkage had been ripped open. one chocolate bar missing...desolate part of the country....no one would go on my deck....not worth makung a fuss over 1 bar of chocolate....still very strange and not confidence inspiring
