I've been using water pan smokers like this for over 30 years, and I just bought this one to replace a rusted out one (from another manufacturer).  I'm really impressed, it's a very well made unit, with nicer handles, a better thermometer, and better legs. I just cooked some ribs, and they came out perfect.

Excellent smoker

I bought this for a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. It's a little smaller than i expected but it's perfect for grilling at home and taking on the go. It worked out perfect for us for tailgating. Easy to put together and to clean. Versatile with grill and smoker and for the price you can't beat it. Definitely a great buy.

This for the sale price of $34.84 is just great.  I was able to purchase the floor model which already assembled.  A plus in my mind.  I had a smoker and sold it in a garage sale and I am so glad to get the new model

Charcoal Water Smoker

After downsizing  my life I  needed  a smaller  smoker for  my deck . This  smoker is PERFECT !  Easy  setup  and  usage is what  I'm  looking  for  and  this  definitely  delivers . Both grates are perfect  size for  a rack of ribs or a pork loin. Just  finished   a 4 hour smoking  of both and  they  are  awesome !

Great  smoker with  compact size

I used the kings ford smoker to smoke a 12pounds brisket, chicken wings and tights .the grate looks small but it can take big junks of meat!!! The brisket turned out really Good with a smoke ring, very tender..
However this smoker looses a lots of smoke through the bottom and the door( even closed).
It's comes in handy!!!

Good little smoker that comes in handy!!!

Smoker was easy to assemble and easy to use.  First attempt at smoking turkey turned out awesome, maintained temp.  The only 'issue' is how to keep the water basin filled over time, still trying to figure it out.

Great value

This is really a nice smoker, however, there is always something you may wish would've better. In this case I would have to say the parts that hold the bowls in place and the lock mechanism for the door is very loose and cancome undone easily. That being said, if you work with the bowls and get them situated evenly they work ok ( no drops or spills- also the lock on the door from thr smoker I received may be a fluke. Other may latch fine.) on the up side, there is NOTHING better than being able to grill steaks, burgers, ribs, etc and with the same appliance also be able to smoke that Christmas turkey or ham!! Once you've had a smoked turkey you'll always want it!! For thr money this really is a great smoker and but for thr aforementioned problems I would have given it five stars!!

Worth the money!!

It is a good smoker looks nice, easy to put together for the price. Only flaw is door doesn't stay shut so smoke leaves had to prop something against it. Also the charcoal  pan needs holes or something as all the ash  does build up fast and affects the temperature.

Is a good beginner smoker

Apparently, these leg holes need sheet metal screws or something, because after just 2 to 3 turns of the bolts, they acted like they were cross-threaded.  My son said I need a drop-down drill bit for sheet metal to make the holes a little bigger, but I'm thinking bolts and nuts will do......  

Turned my happiness for the purchase a bit sour.

I was excited to get my first smoker. Easy to assemble. Once it was together I wondered how well it  would  smoke with the bottom completely opened. Well I  was right. Would not maintain a good temp. After struggling with it an hour and a half I said heck with it and put my ribs in the oven. Then next one I get will be one  that is completely enclosed.
