I LOVE THIS DOLLHOUSE!!!! Ok I know that some of the reviews say that they got a couple of the flooring and pieces that were crap! Well I got luck today looked thought it all and nothing was chipped or bowed! And it is better to build it with two people. But my twins turned 4 and they love it!!! I did also install battery powered lights because the Corner in the house that we put it in the lighting is poor but itscorner in the house that we put it in the lighting is poor but its really cool to look at! Yes it is big! They still can reach the top floor but thats ok I wanted they to still play with it for a couple of years and my older daughters play with them too and they are 12

Easy to put together. The only thing I'd recommend to do is, before you put the parts together, use a clear tape to cover all the edges. This will prevent the pretty glossy cover paper from peeling off. Oh, and definitely DO NOT ignore the 2 wires that connect the dollhouse to the wall. The house seems sturdy, but it's always better to be safe rather than sorry, right?
