The only problem I had with my order was I should have ordered the underwear a size smaller. But thats ok I'll know what size to order next time, not a problem. Over all they'll work just fine.

They fit just like they should

I don't know who delivers items purchased online to your customers lately. They are leaving packages on the chairs between the two front doors. We live in a secured building but they can call us using the intercom on the wall and dialing our apartment numbers. Our phones ring and we can let the drivers into the building. And elevators are straight ahead in the lobby. No reason from them to do a drop and go method when we are not able to shop in your stores. Suggest you change companies to avoid losing customers.

No in person deliveries from your stores.

I like the underwear. The fit is nice and I love they’re all cotton. What I don’t like is the way the elastic band begins unraveling in the early washings.

Cotton Briefs

One Hanes Place

Received panties and opened one pair to see if they fit (tried on over existing panty).  A little big but I wasn't sure about size to order. Not the problem. Cotton material is thin and I don't think these are going to last forever. I guess I should have realized that because they weren't that expensive. I would like to return them, but considering I wore one pair, they probably won't take them back.

Too thin

I'm 71 years old, a polio survivor and a big woman.  I've been trying to find underwear that fits comfortably at a reasonable price.  I've used JMS for years but the rebranding changes have me baffled.  I need regular old fashioned briefs.  These looked good on line, but the ad and packaging confused me I guess.  The laid out pic of the underwear looked normal, but the picture on the package was different, so I ordered by the layout.  When I received them, they were the shorter top briefs which are not comfortable because I had previously tried them.  If I had known to look for high wasted panties, I would have, but briefs are briefs, right?  WRONG! 
I don't know when or why everyone has to keep changing everything.  Women's briefs have been around forever and some of us don't need to change styles day to day.  Some women are big and we can't change that.  I'm so tired of being put down by society and now by a company I thought understood us.  I'm frustrated.

I'm trying to understand ‘BRIEFS'

I don't know what happened to The quality but it has really gone down. I ordered my regular size but this pack ran small.  The elastic band has come apart on half the pack after only one wear, Making a hole at the top. The description did not say irregular nor defective or else I would not have bought them

WHAT HAPPENED??!!??!!

bought them and the first pair right out of the package ripped a hole where the waist band attaches to the panties, some pairs are tight, and some fit fine. not the first package I've bought that has done this. looking into other places to purchase panties after this.

package stated it was made with pre shrunk cotton...nope. they shrunk once i washed them..so ive got a brand new set that i cant wear because theyre too small.
