I have bought these exact same panties before in person at Walmart. The quality was totally different than the ones i bought online. Disappointed. Much cheaper, thinner and fit more snug.  I hope JMS doesnt continue to take this route or they will lose this longtime customer.

Disappointed

I was surprised at the difference in the sizes. The briefs I puchased this time were not as large as the last time I bought them . Same number size, but much smaller product. Disappointed.

Make of underwear not as good as previously bought just-my -size underwear. Material very thin and not anything like previously bought. Will look for another type of underwear next time.

Underwear not as good as I thought...

I am a long-time customer of both Wal Mart and JMS. I've purchased many multi-packs of panties over the years and never had any problems with the fit. Now all of a sudden JMS made some changes in their sizing; remember, we are plus size women, and the size 13 panty from the new sizing is equal to a size 9 from the old sizing. There is a 2" difference in the waistline and hip measurement from the former sizes. My question is why??? If we plus size ladies were happy with the old sizing why would a company want to change that? As the old saying goes "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Please go back to the original sizes or you will lose many customers. I've attached a photo with the comparison/difference in what is supposedly a size 13 panty. The turquoise panty is the old sizing & the pink is the new sizing.

Why the changes in fit???

I have worn this style of "Just My Size" panties for years. I compared one of these to a pair from another package that I received last Christmas--both pairs were brand new. The newest pair measured approximately 5 1/2 to 6 inches SMALLER in the waist and hips than the new pair bought last Christmas. They also were made shorter in length from the waist to leg opening than the last ones. When I called the company, I was informed that they started making them shorter to accommodate the new "low ride" jeans. Not all of your customers were that style and I would rather have my stomach and buttocks covered that have them hanging out the leg openings.

POOR PRODUCT--NOT THE SAME AS THEY WERE!!!!!!!

I ordered size 14 like the 100 other pair I have in JMS these were not a size 14 but more like a size 10. My sister wears a size 9 and they just fit her and two of the pairs in the package were so snug she could barely pull them up. I don't know what far away country these were made in but they are not as advertised.

Irregular sizing

I bought a brand that use to be Very dependable and made to last. These were so thin and poorly made. The leg openings were not equal, irregular. I would never buy this brand again. I wish we could depend on brands being the same year to year. They must put it out to the lowest bidder who uses inferior thin cotton fabric. They did not sort out obvious Irregular and Flawed merchandise before packaging. I returned them to WALMART for refund

Thin cotton, irregular stitching Flaw

I have happily bought these for several years, but noticed a decline in quality over the last year. The last ones I ordered were REALLY disappointing. Fabric is paper thin, elastic is scratchy, fit is terrible (leg holes are huge, coverage is inadequate, crotch is too narrow, fits below the waist, sizing is off). I sent them back. I am now wearing another brand. What a shame, this was a great product a couple of years ago.

product has changed in quality

These are too thin and they don't stay up. I would not have ordered the patterns if the white ones were ever available. I don't understand why the white ones are thicker and more supportive than the colored ones. Do not recommend.

Too thin

The Just My Size cotton brief panties are no longer made to the quality of my previous purchases of the identical product (no reflection on Walmart). The fabric now used is so incredibly THIN!. All I did was open up the 5 pack, unroll the first one, and then rolled it back up after getting over my shock at seeing and feeling the thinness.

I easily ordered them online to avoid the holiday Walmart crowds only to return them in person. Customer Service-Returns was a breeze although there needed to be more clerks working at the counter due to the long line.

Disappointed! I would not recommend this brand.

For us larger ladies, these JMS briefs by WERE comfortable and a great value, especially in the multi-packs. Unfortunately, JMS has changed the style to be slightly "lower cut" and a more narrow crotch, which is definitely NOT what we want! We are not slim and are not wearing jeans at our hips. So now you have to buy a size bigger to get the coverage we used to have. Plus, they are making them from a much, much thinner material. Previously, they were good cotton, nice and soft and comfortable and even had a wider, better band at top. They are still what I buy as there are limited choices, but JMS needs to realize, for their market, cheapening these was not at all a good idea.
