The handle stays in position unless you change from carrage to stroller. Carrage part converts to basket to carry doll as portible bed. Handle snaps in place.

The wheels don't have castors so it is hard to steer. My grandbaby takes her babies for walks in the other baby strollers she has. She uses this one mainly as a baby bed.

Thank you for your question. The stroller is designed to fold down for storage. It has two frame locks, one on each side, that you just pull up to release and then fold the stroller down.

The carrier/basket can also fold down if you remove the bottom pad and release the frame supports from the plastic clips (refer to assembly instructions for illustrations). We dont recommend that the carrier/basket be folded and unfolded constantly however because it could stress the plastic clips.

Yes, both can collapse flat. It comes in a box that's only about 6-8 inches wide.

Yes you can fold fairly flat both the stroller and the carrier. You can fold the sun shade of the carrier as well. All the pieces easily come apart and put back together for play with no trouble.

The basket part will collapse but it may be a little difficult because of the metal frame. The stroller does fold down by releasing two latches on the sides.

It comes collapsed without the wheels attached. It could easily be callapsed again with or without the wheels removed.

Yes, the basket (pram) can collapse by taking out the mattress and sliding the wire braces out of the clips. The stroller will go down by sliding the pink connecters on the sides up causing the sides to release and collapse.

we have not folded the basket part but the cairrage will fold
