Unfortunately, no but is easy to empty because of the size!

No it does not. That may be the only bad thing about it, but overall great cooler!

I will say about 34 considering you need to put some ice in the cooler .. Somewhat .. I can fit 24 bottles and more!

Insulation is great. I packed my cooler at 8am one morning and the next morning the ice was melted but everything left was still ice cold. Love it!

Great size and keeps everything COLD!

I bought this to keep in my trunk for perishable groceries and it is the perfect size for me to handle myself. And the wheels and telescopic handle make it extra easy. Right now it is getting ready to go on a trip to Florida with my son and his family! Guess it is the perfect size for them too. It looks like I may be buying another one!!

GREAT LITLE COOLER

I bought this for the wheels and handle. They work very well. The cooler is also great at keeping ice. I put in some ice and was gone for two days with the cooler left in a car in temperatures in the mid to upper 80s. There was still ice when we got home.  I would definitely buy it again.

Great cooler

I bought this for our beach vacation. The wheels are helpful, the lid closes nice and snuggly keeping things cool for a good long time (we left ice and some drinks in overnight in the car, the next day things were still cold and ice intact). It has the appropriate size too (not too big or small). Satisfied.

This 28 Qt cooler is the perfect size when you are traveling to put in your trunk and not take up very much space. It holds several water bottles/can of pop. It just depends on how you arrange them in there. Love It!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep things cold on trips with the family.

IGLOO 28 Qt. wheeled cooler

I like this product because is compact and convenient for 1,2 or even 3 people. Easy to carry and keeps things cool for a day. The price is like any compact product but it was worth for what I was looking for. Space, convenient, compact, easy to carry and take to the beach or park!

Very convenient and compact

This cooler is the perfect size for our needs. We are on our third one. The cooler itself does not wear out. Wheels are fine, but the handle can not take everyday day use, We get this cooler to not only take hubby;s lunch but extra water bottles on the job site.
The constant everyday use of the handle is a detriment, but the remainder of the cooler is excellent and will take everyday use.

Perfect size

My wife bought this at the Highland, MI Walmart today and got it home 60 miles away and discover the handle does not work. After a dozen attempts, could not get the handle to up. Finally got it to go half way up and now can't get it to go down. We are heading up north now and it is not available in any Walmart stores within 50 miles of our home. We will trade it in for another model that does work, but NOT this one!
