I can't imagine a 13 pound cat fitting in this carrier!

Label says up to 11 pounds. However, if held from the bottom instead of by handle, there is room for 13lb cat.

I would not trust this carrier to carry your pet using the handle. I would carry it from the bottom. I am going to may a 3" velcro strap for mine. My heaviest cats are 11, 16 & 18 lbs.

I would not recommend this product for a 13 lb. cat. The maximum weight is 11 lbs, additonally there is very little room for a cat of this weight to manuever him or herself

I needed a small carrier to pick up my 2 new baby girl rats from the breeder. I love the fact that it's pink but also the lid is transparent so you can keep an eye on them without disturbing them. My two girlies were only in it for about 20 minutes for the car ride home but it worked out great. The fit in it perfectly with room to spare. Mind you, this was purchased for two 5 week old ratties. I think 1 adult female may fit in this. If you have mice, hamsters or even small repitiles this would be a good transportation device. It is very small and is NOT intended to be a place for them to live in.

Great carrier for Rat babies

This was a great purchase! The IRIS small pet carrier is a very cute and modern. The plastic is thick and the clips are sturdy. Its the perfect size for hamsters, even a large syrian hamster. A small water bottle with clip was included as well.

Very cute carrier!

My Hedge Hog honey is part of our family and we like to take walks, so I got the small animal carrier in Pink and now she is able to go outside for walks. She looks around and sniffs the air, To me she enjoys it. It is the perfect size for her and came with a water bottle.( I don't Use It)
I attached a strap so I can carry her with no hands.( No Strap is included )

Small animal carrier for my Honey HedgeHog

I bought 2 for my little girls' guinea pigs. My little girls love to put their guinea pig in their carrier and take them to the store or just walk them around the house with it. However, the guinea pigs are too big to turn around in it, and too big to use the water bottle inside. We put the bottle on the outside and "nurse them" when needed. The dimensions mentioned in the ad are NOT accurate, but I expected this after reading other people's reviews.

Great for quick trip for guinea pig

We bought this to use with our 2 rats, but when it arrived it was obviously way too small for them. Would work great for small hamsters or gerbils. Very cute little carrier.

Very small but functional.

I bought the pink carrier but it is for a hamster. The size details are wrong in the on-line ad page. It would've been perfect if the size information would've been right because it was just what I was looking for. I did give it 3 stars because it is great for a very small pet.

If only I had a hamster!

I bought this thinking kittens could fit but the only thing that this carrier will fit is a hamster. It was well made and wished I could have had it in a larger size. Now I understand why it has a hamster on the front button of the carrier. I didn't notice it before I ordered it.

Very very very small

Item is almost half the size listed in the ad. I ordered 10 or 12 of them (not sure which) and had to return them all! This is the 2nd time I've found sizes wrong on line.

The carrier I received (with the same model number) was not a small pet carrier but a "hamster" carrier. The product did not match the picture or dimensions. My small cat could barely put his hind legs in much less all of him. I was very disappointed.

This product was not at all like it was described.

Not what I was looking for! I typed in cat carrier and this popped up, so I ordered it, I needed 2 cat carriers and had to get a refund because I had to shop elsewhere due to my cats having spay and neuter appts. This left me scrambling to find carriers...........at the last minute!!!!!
