Surprisingly good for the money. I used my hand to gouge out the slots I was making instead of a hammer and got blisters on my palm but I doubt a different handle would have made a difference

Pretty good quality

The chisel set for a low price and great quality. Since I received the chisel set about 2 weeks ago, I have been using them almost every day and have not had anything to complain about.  This set is perfect.

Worth every penny!

Priced just right, had it shipped since I was not in a rush. Arrived in ample time frame. Used product, now done with work and placed product with other tools.

Very sharp and quite durable. Bought them for door installation and they worked great.  Grest buy for the $.

A great little set of wood chisels. I installed a door for a friend and found I was lacking wood chisels for the lock plate in my 'away from home' tool bag. I purchased these and made very quick work of whittling the door frame for the striker. These are well made and have a metal cap to strike on without imparting damage to the rest of the tool. These are good chisels that should last a seriously long time. Great value too.

Precise, sharp, and durable.

I've always had good luck with the Hypertough brand. Many of their power tools are more light / medium duty but work perfectly well around the house. Their hand tools are as good as anything I've ever used, nothing has ever broken on me.

Perfectly Satisfied

I tend to laugh reading negative reviews on cheap chisel sets. even the most expensive chisels like narex have to be honed before they have a razor sharp edge. a $7 set isnt going to get you that right out of the box. these have decent quality steel and hold an edge, but aren't so hard that they take forever to sharpen. Would recommend to anyone that understands what i said above. if you're expecting a super sharp edge from the get go, you have no idea how chisels work

Decent set

This chisel set has some power! My boyfriend used them to put in a new doorknob , and do some “digging” due to a warped door frame and door. He is a name brand tool guy and he was very impressed at the sharpness of this set, the durability, and how well they worked!

A great buy for the cost!

Nice little chisel set for home use. Sharp, not professional grade. Would by again. Bought these as a gift for family member that is taking up woodworking as a hobby

Great price

Purchased this chisel set to work on my frint door. This set would not cut through melted butter. Used the set to move the latch hole upwards. The chisels would not cut through the wood on the door jam. This resulted in the ripping out the wood instead of having a nice clean cut. These may work if I go to the shop and sharpen the set buy I should not have to do this new out of the package. Very disappointed with this set.  It would cost more in gas to return them them what I paod for them. This is truly an example of you get what you pay for.
