I received free shipping to my home and it arrived faster than if I had them ship it to the store for pick-up. So for price paid, shipping and delivery 5 stars. The vacuum itself is also a five star. It is not loud at all, the on/off switch is conveniently located right on the handle. The cord is long enough to do any room in my home which are quite large. The suction is awesome, ( I am comparing it to my previous vacuum) which apparently was not doing anything but removing the dust on the top of the carpet. When I used this vacuum I could not believe the dirt it picked up I emptied the dirt canister twice! That is want my Eureka was leaving behind! The cord rewind is also nice as the children and myself included had the habit of not winding the cord up. I was worried about this feature not lasting to long but so far working great. If it breaks no great loss I will just have a vacuum with out this feature like the other vacuums I could of ordered. 08/07/2012

I couldn't believe everything it picked up from the carpet. I saw it had amazing reviews and was sold out in stores within 100 mile radius so I just bought it online. The rewindable cord is nice, but I'm afraid it's going to break that's my only concern. 08/05/2012
