Yes there are two doors on both sides. You can access that cabinet from either side. The cabinet also has a shelf inside.

there are cabinet doors on both sides... the drawer is one large drawer that opens on either side of the island.... in other words... either way you flip the island it looks the same.

There are doors on both sides of the island, and the drawer also can open on both sides. I just bought the island and I am really happy with it. It looks like it cost a lot more than what I paid for it!

Remarkable Beauty!! Priced right and arrived quickly!! Came in two boxes ...with easy to follow directions...No damaged parts....just perfect!!
Doors on both sides with one deep draw that opens either side....Both sides have 3 Shelves to display your favorite nick nacks or leave bare....The bottom of the legs have adjustable levelers for stability.....The Top is thick and matches my Kitchen Decor...I placed a see through cutting board I purchased at Walmart . .on top! A true Farmhouse/Country Island for any room......I recommend this Island.....it's a perfect size measurements exact..... to walk around and store frequently used utensils.....Just Love it!!!!!!

Farmhouse Look!!

Like and fits nicely and was easy to put together.

I am generally not a big fan of Walmart. If I need something cheap and I don't care that it is made cheaply, and there is no where else to buy it for reasonable price, then I go to Walmart. So this purchase was a much bigger ticket item than I usually buy from them. I needed a kitchen island, and the prices I was seeing elsewhere were more than I wanted to pay. This one from Walmart was in my price range and looked nice in photos. It was not so easy to put together, but that was mostly due to weight, not things not fitting together. It is not cheap or flimsy as I was concerned it might be, it is very solid and it looks very nice.

My only complaints are the repeated pattern of small holes on the top surface, and that the side shelves are not adjustable. The holes are small and I am not bothered by them. I have seen reference to these in other reviews, so it is not just defect in the one I got. The side shelves fit into notch in the legs so they cannot be moved up/down. So you are limited in terms of what can fit on the side shelves.

Overall I am very impressed with this island. I am happy with this purchase.

This is absolutely beautiful! Well constructed and very easy to put together. I use it as a snack station in our family room and have gotten so many compliments! I purchased different knobs as I did not like the matching ones that were sent. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Beautiful and very sturdy!

The island is perfect for my home however, the top of the island split in 2 places after less than 2 months of having it. I called the Homestyles company and was told I should send information to them with pictures.  I was also told that there is only a 30 day warranty from the date of order. I was told I probably would not get a replacement top.
