Yes, the extra wide slots are wide enough for bagels!

I'm not certain. I always slice my bagels in half to toast them, because I find this gives more even toasting. Whole bagels don't toast thoroughly, in my opinion.

Not long at all. If I were you I would search for another toaster, this one does not work

I haven't measured the cord, but I'd say it's about three feet long. Certainly adequate for the usual countertop toaster placement, which assumes nearby outlets for various electrical devices (sharpeners, blenders, etc.).

The product title is accurate, it&#39;s chrome.

The toaster matches our chrome faucet perfectly, but looks equally well against our new stainless refrigerator.
Unfortunately, this toaster quit working after just four months. You might want to consider another anyway.

I recently purchased this toaster, and I have no complaints. It does what its supposed to do. Toast! Lol. Ive really been using it to toast bagels and they have been coming out marvelous, and just right on the right setting. Not too big or small, fits just right in my kitchen. Couldnt be happier with my purchase. If youre looking for a nice toaster that toast bread or bagels to perfection, look no further. The slots are also a really nice size.

I am so pleased with this Hamilton Beach 2 Slice Toaster. Over the past 20 years I have had a variety of toasters and I have had problems with the latch when you push down the lever to start toasting the bread, those other toasters would hang up and burn the bread or not latch at all. This new Hamilton Beach 2 Slice Toaster works perfectly every time.

Good delivery

I was surprised by this toaster given the low price.  The handiest feature is the release bar below the push down lever.  This allows you to check your toast or bagels just in case you're wondering how they're toasting.  Like the cool touch exterior.

I shopped on line, and this Hamilton Beach 2-slice toaster seemed the best buy in its price range. After a few week's use it has held up well, and seems to function adequately. It replaced a considerably more expensive toaster . . . which had broken.
