DID NOT WORK,RETURN IT 11/28/2011
This was purchased as an early Christmas gift for a family member who cooked a Thanksgiving turkey and hosted the entire family. The roaster was large enough to easily hold a 22-pound bird and did a wonderful job of cooking. The only minor disappointment, was that the turkey, while fully cooked, juicy and tender, did not come out a golden brown as shown in all the advertising photos. 11/28/2011
Excellent Product for the Money I needed an extra "oven" for Thanksgiving to not only cook the turkey in but to bake other things as well as my regular oven was doing double duty. This cooked my turkey, pumpkin souffle, the dressing and two pies and since Thanksgiving a meatloaf. All turned out great. Everything browned as it was supposed to except the turkey wasn't as browned as much as would be if it were in the oven. It still turned out great. Very juicy and tender. Good value for your money. 11/28/2011
the unit was defective and needed to be returned ? I received the unit and the enamelwas cracking onthe insert and well it didn't work just smoked like crazy si I willreturn for replacement ??? 11/26/2011
