Put it out the window. Do not use the venting in water or everything in the room the drier is in will get wet.

I haven't noticed any lint flying out, but the boys keep saying it can happen. I vent it straight into my living room w no problems yet. You can buy adapters from a hardware store to catch lint. You'll probably get pretty hot in the summer if you can't vent this outside, but you could prob just lock it in an unused room while it runs or something.

I have mine vented inside with a lint catcher.

You can use an indoor kit they are easy to install and walmart carries them as well as other places.

It comes with a small vent attachment on the back and a deattachable lint collector.

I too live in an apartment & I do not have vent the dryer outside. The lint will all be caught in the lint filter. I haven't had any problems with that.

In the winter, my dad used to put old pantyhose (knee-his or whatever) (they weren&#39;t his own, not that there&#39;s anything wrong with that lol) over the venting hose of his dryer, then he didn&#39;t need to vent it outside. That re-used the heated air rather than pumping it out, and when the stocking got full he could  just remove it and either discard or clean it. 
The lint filters on dryers doesn&#39;t catch all the dust and lint particles, hence the need to filter it before venting inside.

Do you have to vent the dryer outside? I live in an apartment, and I am not able to do that. Is there some other way to catch the lint?

This tumble vented dryer is the perfect complement to any Haier portable washer. Just mount to a wall, set up Quick Connect to exterior venting, plug into any standard 120 volt outlet and you're set! Every unit comes with a Quick Connect-Wall Mounting Kit, including 2 wall hanging brackets, 1 hanging hook, 2 plastic spacers, 1 exhaust pipe, and 1 hoop. You will find the mounting instruction in the user manual easily.

It does come with mountain brackets. I have a detailed video of the machine in use in the link below. I ended setting mine on top of some of the packaging in an extra shower in the second link below.

Love my powerful little dryer! It's perfectly small! Fits nicely in my kitchenette. I have dried 4 jeans of different sizes in 30 minutes. Its not as small as I thought, it's totally practical and efficient. I've never reviewed anything, but Im so impressed and happy to not have to leave my tiny apartment with my two children for laundry, that I have to share the good news! If this is something you need, buy it! You will not regret it.

I live in a small apartment and this dryer is perfect. I thought I would have to dry 2 pieces at a time and it would take forever to dry or the dryer would never get hot but I was wrong on all accounts. It get nice and hot and works great. I've already patted myself on the back for making this perfect purchase.

Worth it.

I purchased this dryer as a combo(washer/dryer deal) to use with the portable washer and I was really surprised at how fast it dries. I washed queen size sheets/2 shams/2 pillow cases and a few dish towels and they were dry in less than 25 minutes. Today I washed a queen size comforter and it was dry in less than 30. The inside that holds the laundry is small so keep that in mind if you plan to wash large loads you will need to separate them to get an efficient dry.

There are a few drawbacks but not enough for me to rate down. First I live in a small apartment and the vent kit was just not sufficient enough for me so I ordered an indoor kit and it worked perfectly. Also the lint trap which you should clean after each use is kind of a pain. I have pets and after each dry I have to actually use a pet lint roller to clean the trap so that is more money spent to get a good use of the product.

Overall great purchase (especially with the washer combo) and great dryer~!
