Rated 5 out of 5 by ChiSal Great belt! Velcro holds well and belt works well. I use this belt not as a waist trimmer but for back support. I am a caregiver and do a lot of lifting. I wear 2 of these for even better support. I use it/them everyday and this belt really helps my back. Eventually, the belt doesn't hold as well and sometimes splits, but I usually get at least 6 to 8 months of constant use out of it and I don't mind replacing it since the cost is so cheap. Only wish my local Walmart continued to carry it so I didn't have to order online. 03/06/2013

The first time I used it, I could instantly feel a difference in my waist. I sweat so much that my shirt and pants were soaked through. This waist trimmer belt is great quality for the price and exceeded my expectations. It was way better than than the $30 belt that I bought at sports authority, which didn't make me sweat and irritated my skin. The only issue I had with this belt is that it does not cover the entire torso. Luckily, I have a shorter torso, but if you are someone who has a long torso, this may not be the right belt for you. 02/23/2013
