I had to get a large. I wear 36 waist pants.

I believe the max waist size is 33 inches, but I would definitely take into account that you will not be wearing the belt around your lower waist/hip area. Do not confuse this with pants size which will be completely different.

Feel - 8/10 It feels a little cheaper than some of the other more expensive belts I have used in the past. With a little oil and TLC you can make the material feel better and last longer. The leather is a little stiff and doesn't form well at first, but once you break it in it's not that bad.

Appearance - 9/10 Looks pretty sharp overall. This is a tapered belt so its wider at the back. Personally I really like the tapered design since it allows you to wear the belt higher without killing your ribcage.

Support - 10/10 Overall it adds really nice back support for doing heavy compound lifts. I definitely recommend using a good belt if you're lifting heavy on squats and deadlifts as the back support is completely invaluable. This belt does really good job providing that support.

Durability - 8/10 So far it has held up really well, but I can definitely see the material degrading after extended use over time. The functionality and support of the belt probably won't degrade, but more so the aesthetics of the belt.

Overall it's a great buy for the price. When you factor in the great support overall value it's hard beat. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is an option or an extra feature that allowed for chains so you could attach weight for dips and pullups. Really great buy.

Not a bad belt for the price. My only complaint is that the leather appears to be of a cheap material and I don't know how it will hold up over time. I've used some leather care on it and hopefully it will prolong the life. Still, it's cheap and works.
