Yup! Easy to put together. Solidly built.

the weight capacity says 250 lbs. I weigh 320 lbs and it seems to hold up(for how long?). currently I am rehabbing from two knee surgeries so I am not jumping up and down to test the true sturdiness of the box. also I have not tested it at the maximum height but I believe that would be suspect as it seems less sturdy the higher up it goes??? the reason is the legs are locked into place by a "pop-lock"; the same as a pop up canopy. I also added some no slip tread to the top to reduce the possibilty of my foot slipping. I am not too sure if it could withstand an all out workout but not for me to decide?

Since this product is so unstable I would put any weight.

Very sturdy, great value, highly adjustable

Box is heavier than I thought it would be which is great. Very sturdy. Used it a few times and has surpassed my expectations - especially considering the price.

Excellent purchase for cost

I use this plyo box for weight resistant single-leg squats (AKA step-ups.) It's rated for 250lbs, but can handle more for this use. I think it's rated at a 250lbs weight limit to stay on the safe side for those planning to actually use it for which it's designed, plyo jumping (jumping on and off of it) at the highest 20" level.

As a test at the 20" level, I stepped on top of it with a total of 300lbs (I weigh 180lbs and wore a 50lb weight vest while holding 35lb dumbbells in each hand) and it solidly handled the weight without any movement or apparent strain at all.

The price seems to fluctuate a lot for this item. I bought it when it was $46, which is an excellent value.

Works very well for what I use it for...

This is exactly what I needed for my Tacfit26! The price was also great before it changed 2 days later $20 higher (got mine for $49.99). The only potential issue is that on the 16" and 20" setting it is a little wobbly until you put your full weight on it. That being the case I wouldn't use it on a floor where it can slide. Only use on carpet or another surface that will resist it moving.

Nice but be aware...

I read the reviews on how "unsturdy" this product is, but decided to purchase it anyway..... The reviews were right, BUT!!!! I found an easy quick fix. All you have to do is place a yoga mat underneath the legs, and BAM you're good. ...I weigh 130lbs of muscle. I jump, climb, squat and do everything in it

Sturdiness....?

I've only used this for two workouts -- so far it's holding up nicely. I'm only using it on the first and second positions (not the highest);  it's a little rickety, but seems to hold up.  The top is a smooth plastic finish -- definitely NOT non-slip.  Same with the feet, but I'm sure both could be made better with a trip to the hardware store (rubber strips, etc.).

A bit rickety, but good value

This product is ok at best. The top is smooth and not non slip (i will be adding skateboard deck tape to mine). Also it gets more and more wobbly the higher you make it. The leg extensions are not snug within the main piece. At the lowest two levels it isn't too bad of a product. Easy to put together.

good in a pinch

I liked the idea of adjustable height, but the legs do not fit snugly into the stool and the effect is that it is a a little wobbly at the middle and highest settings. Overall, the stool heavy and pretty substantial, so it does not feel like it will break or collapse but there is definitely some move movement when you step or jump up on it.

It will serve the purpose and is a decent price, not for you if you want a rock solid jump box.

Slightly wobbly

1. The feet are made out of hard plastic so the whole thing will slide out from under you when you jump on it at an angle

2. The surface is slick -it's made out of particle board with a smooth laminate top

3. The base is sturdy at the lowest level, but once you raise it to the highest level it's wobbly

I'm not a beginner and consider myself as an expert in consumer-grade fitness equipment. This jump box is cheap, but save your money and buy something that's sturdy.

Not usable - dangerous

I was excited to receive this to add to my workout toolbox. But I couldn't assemble the thing. The welding and measurements made it impossible to put together. Frustrating, and this junk is going back.
