Perfect!

I just bought this today for $10 at walmart. It definitely helps you lose excess water weight, which was the intention of purchasing it. It also seems to be tightening stomach also. I dont expect any miracles out of a $10 product, but I have purchased one of those as seen on tv belts and they did not work. If your looking for an inexpensive way to shed excess water weight and tighten your gut up slightly, I recommend this product. Don't expect to be shedding fat because you probably wont be shedding any unless your exercising. Its extremely comfortable and in fact i've been wearing mine for almost 10 hours straight now. It isn't even noticeable under my clothes.

Great Investment

I truly enjoy my waist trimmer. It is very well made and I love the adjustability. Most that I've seen have a velcro closure which I absolutely hate. the zipper is Great! I have recently started doing castor oil heat wraps. I was able to use my trimmer belt to secure the contents of the heat wrap. So cool Its a little bulky under a dress so wear loose fitting clothes when you wear it out. That is unless your waist is small enough to zip to the last zipper. Then of course in my opinion you don't need this anyway. Great Buy. Well worth the money.

Put mine on right after a workout with a tank top under it and you can really feel the heat even when just sitting. After one week I can already see a difference. I have very little problems having to adjust the belt once it's on, it really stays in place.
