Jogging has caused a hip strain. Research on treatment indicated "massage" with a foam roller. This roller was a good price, is a good size, and seems to be well made.

Good for hip pain

The Massage Roller is perfect for the exercise that my wife does with it.

Excellent for my wife's exercise she does with it.

Works good to roll on and massage tired muscles from working out. Great price and seems to be holding up well so far.

Great Foam Roller Tuby Thing

The logo they have embossed in the foam feels as though it's not completing round inhibiting the performance a tad. Good strong foam and the length is great.

I watched similar product Massage Roller in youtube and inspired me to buy one. This roller doesnot roll uniformly because it dent a side when I happen to put more pressure. I am already looking for better quality product.

Got it to use on my back. I ordered online. It won't roll because it has flat spots. So I took it to the store for an exchange thinking it was an issue with just this one, but there were 2 in stock at the store and they both had flat spots too. It's basically it's only function to be able to roll. I will look at another brand now.

Terrible - Not even round

This roller is not round it doesn't do the job its suppose to very poor quality... do not recommend at all!!!! I want a refund!

I need a round roller for therapy, this roller is not round. It has two flat sides that don't allow you to roll completely.

Not what I need, had to return

The foam roller came in oblong shape, instead of round and hence can't use it properly for exercise. I am planning ot return it.

Not good quality

I do not recommend this foam roller because it is not round like a foam roller should be. As a result, it's hard to move and use as a roller--it doesn't roll well. I went back to Walmart to look for a different one--they only had one other one of this same model which was not perfectly round, either. When they are not round, they don't roll smoothly. It will do in a pinch, but I would recommend you look for a different brand of foam roller.
