The pop itself is awesome. Walmart's shipping is just awful. You're dealing with collectors that have issues locating these collectibles in store. The box condition is important to a lot of us. Figure out a way to improve on your shipping/packaging. It's not hard. Pro tip - putting them in bags demonstrates a lack of common sense.

Walmart is Terrible in Shipping Collectibles

The item is great. The customer services is just horrible. I preordered this just to have them put it on hold and then cancel it. I reordered it. It finally came four days later on two day delivery and when it was suppose to be here on the preorder a month before. Idk what is going on with Walmart. I have other preorders that are doing the same thing right now. The person at customer service actually hung up on me. I will not be ordering from Walmart again. Ill just pick up preorders second hand going forward

BAD PACKAGING

Funko Pops are currently the most popular collectibles in pop culture right now. Retailers with EXCLUSIVES to this brand should be sure the packaging of these EXCLUSIVE products are held at a high standard. My item was received with the poorest handling of care, as a result- damaged. There are smaller online retailers that handle each of their products at the highest standard for their customers. My business will stay loyal to them. This is why companies like Amazon are dominating the virtual market. Here's to hoping Walmart puts effort into their quality control when it comes to packaging their EXCLUSIVE products. For now, I will return my product and never shop online through Walmart again.

Great Product, Terrible Packaging

When it says metallic, it is not metallic! I repeat: NOT METALLIC! And when you open it up, the head is kind of loose. Not bobble head loose because its a bobble head but like ready to fall off loose. Maybe that was the funko I received. The head was also turned too much to the left unlike the picture.

Dent on top of funko head. They knew this. Box was tossed in open with pop hanging out of package. Like it was sold from the stores return pile and was not even placed back in box all the way.

Horrible Damaged Product

I'm sick and tired of ordering WALMART EXCLUSIVE Funko Pops and they ALWAYS come damaged. Then, when I ask about the product at the store, I always get some kind of attitude from the employee
