I bought 2 of these in Nov of 2013 and the kids love them It has a lot of free kids app's you can download other apps too and you can also get on Youtube FB and that kind of thing. The front and back camera is great considering the price. And so far it has held up to a houseful of little kids and has outlasted other tablets and tablet like toys that cost a lot more than they did. Its been dropped and stepped on which did not damage the screen at all it sort of has a built in screen protector in the way it is designed. They still last quite a while on 1 charge we just recharge them at night and they are good to go the next day. It may not fit the needs of a older child but I think it is great for younger kids first tablet. You just have to keep in mind the price so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a Ipad but it still fits the need of younger kids perfectly.

Great for little kids

Right now it is wrapped up for christmas. I charged it and played with it a little bit first though. I think it will be just great for my 3 year old. It will be her first device. The games were cute and fun. I was playing angry birds for an hour before I realized how much time had passed... LOL!

pretty cool

We just received this tablet for my 2 yo niece and she loves it! It works for what she wants to do and that is swipe and press buttons. It comes with several programs, however, you have to download and pay for many that are pre-installed. The main issue is the screen sensitivity and the volume. We can't hear it and the headphones included are clearly for an adult. I wish the volume was louder and the screen re-acted each time you attempted to select or move something.

Good tablet for a young child

My granddaughter 3 1/2 loves it. There a few times where she needs help on what to do next, but otherwise loves the games. There are a few ads that pop up. The one problem I see is that to move up a level you often need to pay to do that.For the price its good a for a beginner child to learn on.

Great for Little hands

I wish I spent a little more to get a better tablet, like the sprout tablet. This has ghosting, doesn't respond to taps and the apps crash out to the main screen, where there aren't any parental controls. I'd recommending getting the sprout tablet.

its cute for what my child will use it for.

Bought for my 7 yr old as a Christmas present, when it came I took it out to charge it and set it up. Wow it's super small and really slow.. It's cute I'll give it that. I returned it and bought a 7' regular tablet. For a few extra dollars you get a lot better quality and a bigger screen.

Go for the 7'

Not a good buy. It wouldn't let me connect to the Internet, thus you can't download any games or set the mini up. Took it back and got my money back. Wouldn't waste the time or money on this thing.

When I ordered it for my daughter I didn't realize just how mini it would be! She could barely see the screen!! My phone was bigger than it was; and I say was because I wound up returning it because the screen froze up and wouldn't un freeze even after taking a pin and pressing the little reset button. Waste of money!!!

horrible!

I bought this tablet for my daughter for Christmas last year and it broke in 6 weeks...would not charge or turn on. She never dropped it or abused it, so I don't know what happened to it. I'll invest more and get a good tablet for her this year...I've learned my lesson. You get what you pay for!
