It isn&#39;t sweetened at all. We mix it 50/50 with our favorite juice. Cranberry Grape Apple or whatever you like 0 calories by it self, bland almost tasteless, mild plant taste, easily covered by other juices. Good stuff. It might change your health. Seriously!

It&#39;s not sold as a medicine for topical use. It is being marketed as a beverage. It is however 99.8 pure aloe vera so it won&#39;t hurt the cat to try it. And it might cure his/her allergy if you can get the cat to drink it daily perhaps mixed with tuna water or evaporated milk

That is your job, 100% juice of your choice would be ideal.

Yes. I can't even describe the taste. It doesn't taste like a food product. But if you get the benefits of it, then I guess it's worth it.

Some like it; most say it is awful; but it is wateredf down to the point that it tastes like real weak unsweented bitter tea.

Somewhat, but is better if other juices are added such as grape, cranberry, blueberry-pomagranate, etc. But after awhile, I found I got used to the taste and now I can take it plain without much problem. The slight bad taste is worth the results!

The label says Yes, but we have left it out on the counter for a few hours after opening and found no problems

I have never refrigerated min and have had it for a year, the same with the last jug.  I only refrigerate  what I&#39;m   going to drink that day so it will be cold. It has never spoiled , besides it has a preservative in it.  It tastes the same as the first day I opened it.
